Olympos Apart is an upper duplex apartment in Kalkan's prestigious Komurluk area. It boasts spectacular sea views and is a short distance from the town centre, making it a quiet accommodation option.

This well-furnished apartment comprises 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, making it a perfect option for small families or couples. Guests are invited to use the communal pool area, which provides ample room to relax and soak up the sun while enjoying expansive views of the Mediterranean.

The Kalkan town centre is just a leisurely 10-minute stroll away. The popular Zest, Denizim, and Palm Beach Clubs are a mere 3-minute walk from the apartment, making them perfect places for swimming, sunbathing, and enjoying tasty food and beverages by the sea.

Bedrooms

Living Room

The living room has an L-shaped sofa, a coffee table, and a flat-screen TV.

Kitchen

The kitchen features a dishwasher, a washing machine, a fridge freezer, a water cooler, a microwave, a kettle, an oven, a hob, and all the utensils required during your self-catering stay.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The apartment is cleaned before your arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be arranged for bookings of 14 nights or more. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn the additional cleaning fee. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit is £100, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. If no damage has been caused to the property, this deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay.
