Villa Adamo

Villa Adamo is a recent addition to our collection for 2024, located in the peaceful Kalamar district of Kalkan. This modern property takes full advantage of its excellent location: just a 10-minute walk to the nearest beach club, a few minutes from the CarrefourSa supermarket, and a 20-minute walk or short taxi ride away from Kalkan's picturesque old town. The villa offers 3 charming en-suite bedrooms, 2 swimming pools, plus a fully equipped games room. It has been cleverly designed to maximise the sea and island views by having the living area and main pool terrace on the upper level.

First Floor

The main front door of the villa is accessed from the ground-floor parking area via the stairs leading to the first-floor level. Before the staircase, there is also access to the ground-floor pool terrace.

Upon entering Villa Adamo, guests are greeted with a light and spacious open-plan living room, kitchen, and dining area, with stairs leading to the ground-floor bedrooms and lower pool. Seamless access onto the main pool terrace is through multiple large glass sliding doors.

The modern living room in front features a comfortable L-shape sofa, coffee table, and flat-screen smart TV. To the right, the kitchen includes a fridge-freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, capsule coffee machine, water cooler, and all the utensils required during your self-catering stay. An island unit/breakfast bar doubles as a dining table. 

Ground Floor

The ground floor is home to all 3 bedrooms: a master bedroom, a double, and a twin. Each bedroom has an en-suite shower room, bedside tables, a wardrobe, a vanity table, and a wall-mounted TV. Beneath the stairs is a utility cupboard with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board for guests' use.

The master bedroom to the left is spacious and features large floor-to-ceiling glass doors that open out onto the lower pool terrace, furnished with chairs and a small coffee table. The double and twin rooms along the hallway also have access to the terrace through sliding doors. 

The impressive games room is also located on this level and is accessed via a doorway next to the pool. Here, guests can find an air hockey table, pool table, table football, dartboard, and a retro arcade games console—perfect for some friendly competition.

Outdoors 

The ground-floor pool terrace has a private, smaller pool with a waterfall feature cascading from the main pool above. Sun loungers, a parasol, and a double swing seat are on this terrace, as well as chairs and a small coffee table outside the master bedroom.

The main pool terrace features a larger, private infinity swimming pool with a shallow section ideal for children and an integrated jacuzzi. The pool's edge overlooks a partial view of the sea and mountains. Sun loungers, parasols, pergola-shaded outdoor seating, an alfresco dining table, and a built-in BBQ are all on the first-floor outdoor area.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before guests' arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled for reservations of 14 nights or longer. If you require additional cleaning, please inform us at the time of booking or during your stay to be informed about the extra cleaning fee. Cleaning fees are applied per clean. Cleaning and maintenance of the pool and garden area are carried out by an attendant daily.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £300, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. The deposit will be refunded during checkout if no damage has been caused to the property.
