Villa Alexander

We're thrilled to welcome Villa Alexander to our luxury villa collection. This 4 bedroom property is beautifully presented and offers spectacular sea views from its desirable position in Kisla, a sought-after area famous for its stunning bay views and fabulous sunsets. The villa has been carefully designed to make the most of these superb vistas and is also just a short distance from the Mahal Beach Club. Comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests, Villa Alexander is perfect for larger groups or families.

Constructed from local stone, featuring marble flooring and air-conditioning throughout, Villa Alexander is stylishly furnished and is sure to be a firm favourite with our guests.

Kalkan town centre is easily accessible, just a 15-20 minute walk or a 3-minute car or taxi ride away. Also, a water taxi service operates from Mahal Beach Club, offering a journey across the bay to the old town.

Entrance Level/Lower Ground Floor

You'll find the Ottoman Room (Entertainment Room) on the lower ground floor, accessible via two flights of stairs from the main entrance level, passing a handy laundry room on the way. This dedicated entertainment space is fully equipped for fun, featuring a pool table, table football, a 4K Smart TV with surround sound and access to streaming services like Netflix and Amazon Prime, a games console, a fridge, kettle, and a water cooler. A bathroom with a WC and shower is also available on this level.

Ground Floor

A fully equipped, bespoke handmade kitchen takes centre stage, complete with a granite-topped island and top-of-the-range stainless steel appliances. You'll find everything you need for self-catering, including an electric oven, gas hob, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, water cooler, juicer, and blender.

This inviting open-plan space boasts a working fireplace, a TV, and a Bluetooth speaker. A selection of board games and books are provided for your enjoyment.

A guest cloakroom is also conveniently located on this level.

First Floor

Paris Room: A large spacious double room featuring a king-size bed, a comfortable seating area, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is a private balcony, offering marvelous views over the bay.

Sepia Room: A large spacious double room featuring a king-size bed, a seating area, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. This room also benefits from a balcony providing stunning views over the bay.

Twin Room: Situated between the Paris and Sepia Rooms, this twin room features an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a sea view balcony.

Second/Top Floor

Master Suite: Villa Alexander's crowning glory is this expansive top-floor master suite. It features an open-plan marble bathroom with both a bath and a walk-in shower. The suite features a super-king-sized bed, twin basins, tea and coffee making facilities, a fridge, and a splendid sea view balcony.

Outdoors

The outdoor spaces at Villa Alexander are designed to facilitate relaxation and enjoyment while showcasing Kalkan’s sea views and Mediterranean climate. 

The terrace features a private infinity swimming pool that offers views across the bay, suitable for swimming or lounging by the pool. Luxury sun loungers, parasols, and outdoor seating areas are available for use.

There is a shaded dining area with a large table and chairs for al fresco meals, whether for breakfast or dinner. A BBQ is also provided for outdoor cooking.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before guests' arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled for reservations of 14 nights or longer. If you require additional cleaning, please inform us at the time of booking or during your stay to be informed about the extra cleaning fee. Cleaning fees are applied per clean. An attendant cleans and maintains the pool and garden area daily.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £350, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. The deposit will be refunded during checkout if no damage has been caused to the property.

Things to Know

The 9th and 10th guests (if applicable) will be accommodated on the double sofa bed in the living area of the property

Twin bedroom can be converted into a double upon request

Pool towels are provided for guests’ use
