Villa Ambar Ev is part of a group of 3 neighbouring villas situated above Kalkan, with spectacular views over the old town directly below and extending out towards the Snake and Mouse Islands.

The view is breathtaking, enhanced by the architect's choice of natural materials that aim to highlight the beautiful setting while minimally affecting the surrounding area. Dominated by exposed stone walls and raw wood, the design exudes a warmth and genuineness often absent in contemporary constructions. Ambar Ev stands out as the most secluded and enchanting of the three villas, featuring a balcony off the master bedroom, perfect for enjoying a private nightcap while gazing at the old town's lights below. This villa also accommodates families, offering the unique advantage of a walled garden where children can safely play.

The property features 3 en-suite bedrooms, with the master suite boasting a double jacuzzi, a generously sized furnished balconies, an outdoor infinity swimming pool, and spacious pool terrace.

This amazing villa is situated under a 10-minute taxi ride from Kalkan town centre.

Ground Floor

The ground floor features an open-plan layout that includes a living area, a kitchen equipped with a breakfast bar, and designated spaces for dining and lounging. The lounge area is designed for comfort, featuring cosy seating arrangements, a coffee table, and a flat-screen TV for entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen includes appliances such as a fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle, oven, hob, dining table and all the other utensils required for a self-catering stay, and the dining table seats 6 guests. 

The ground floor also has a separate Guest's WC and a utility room with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.

Bedroom 1 is a twin room with an en-suite shower room, a bedside table, a vanity table, and a wardrobe. The ceiling glass doors fill the room with light and provide direct access to the pool terrace.

First Floor

A sleek set of floating stairs leads up to the first floor; this floor houses the remaining bedrooms of the villa.

Bedroom 2 is a double room with an en-suite shower room, bedside tables, a vanity table, a wardrobe, and a private furnished balcony with impressive sea views.

Bedroom 3 is the master double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, jacuzzi bathtub, bedside tables, a vanity table, a wardrobe, and a private furnished balcony with impressive sea views.

Outdoors

The property features large glass doors that open from the lounge to the pool terrace, which boasts a private infinity swimming pool complete with a jacuzzi jets and stunning views of the sea and bay. The pool terrace offers 6 sun loungers with parasols, an outdoor seating area, an alfresco dining table accommodating 6 people, and a BBQ.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before your arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be arranged for reservations of 14 nights or more. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. If no damage has been caused to the property, this deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay.

NOTE

If you are travelling as a larger group and would like more than one property nearby while maintaining the privacy of individual villas, Ambar Ev can be booked together with Sedir Ev and Kaya Ev to accommodate a maximum of 18 guests.

The final 150-200 metres of the road leading up to the villa is fairly steep and not asphalt. Therefore, if you are planning to hire a car; an SUV vehicle or a 4-wheel drive is recommended.
