Villa Anatolia 4

Villa Anatolia 4 is part of a group of four luxurious 5-bedroom' Anatolia Villas', all nearly identical. Situated in the tranquil Kalamar area of Kalkan, the villa is perched in an elevated position and is about a 25-30 minute walk from the town. This high-end villa provides comfortable accommodations for up to 10 guests with 5 en-suite bedrooms. The villa features top-class facilities, including a gym/games room and an infinity pool. Upon entering, guests will be greeted by modern and stylish interiors featuring plenty of glass to make the most of the stunning panoramic views, and the spacious pool terrace offers numerous relaxing spots, along with a large outdoor dining area, creating a peaceful retreat for guests to enjoy.

Lower Ground Floor

A parking garage is located on the street level, with access to the main entrance via steps or a convenient lift, taking guests past the inviting pool area. The lower ground is home to the first of 5 tastefully decorated bedrooms, accessed by stairs leading down from the terrace above. This double bedroom has an en-suite shower room, bedside tables, a wardrobe, a vanity table and two armchairs. Large glass sliding doors open onto a private terrace.

Across the grass area from this bedroom or via steps from the opposite side of the first-floor pool terrace is the gym/games room. Guests can use a treadmill, bench with weights, Pilates mat and ball and enjoy a friendly table football game. A shower room is suitably placed in this area, too.

Ground Floor

You'll find the spacious open-plan living, kitchen, and dining area as you walk in through the front door. The living room in front features a roomy L-shaped sofa, armchairs with side tables, and a large wall-mounted TV. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors provide easy access to the pool area.

To the left, the detailed wooden kitchen has everything required for a self-catering holiday, including a fridge freezer, marble island consisting of the oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, water cooler and all the utensils needed. A dining table seating 10 separates the kitchen and living areas. Sliding doors lead to the pool terrace.

The ground-floor bedroom is a double with an en-suite shower room to the right of the main entrance. Bedside tables, a wardrobe, a vanity table and an armchair are in this room with a sunset-inspired feature wall. Sliding doors give seamless access to the pool terrace, with cushioned chairs and a side table just outside, perfect for enjoying the view.

First Floor

Head up the floating wooden staircase to the first floor, where the remaining three bedrooms are located. To the left across the mezzanine is a double with en-suite shower room, bedside tables, wardrobe, vanity table, armchair and artistic feature wall. Sliding glass doors lead to a private balcony with incredible sea views, furnished with a chair and side table.

Next door is a twin room with an en-suite shower, bedside tables, wardrobe, vanity table and an artistic feature wall. Sliding glass doors give access to a private balcony with a chair and side table, perfect for admiring Kalamar and Kalkan bays. 

To the right of the stairs is the master bedroom with an en-suite shower room, plus a large in-room Jacuzzi bath. The room has bedside tables, a wardrobe, a vanity table, an armchair and an end-of-bed ottoman. A private balcony with a chair and side table is through sliding glass doors, showcasing sea and island views.

Outdoors

The expansive pool terrace features a tempting private infinity swimming pool with a small shallow section featuring a cantilevered cushioned day bed. There is an array of places to relax, including sun loungers, parasols, a circular daybed with a pull-up awning, swing seat, swivel chairs with a side table, sunken cushioned seating area around a coffee table, and a 4-poster day bed with aesthetic white drapes.

To the side of the villa is a wooden alfresco dining table seating ten underneath a shaded pergola beside a beautifully decorated wall. A gas BBQ and outdoor shower are also provided. The outdoor area is fully landscaped and features a variety of potted plants throughout, adding to the overall attractiveness.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before guests' arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled for reservations of 14 nights or longer. If you require additional cleaning, please inform us at the time of booking or during your stay to be informed about the extra cleaning fee. Cleaning fees are applied per clean. Cleaning and maintenance of the pool and garden area are carried out by an attendant daily.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £500, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. The deposit will be refunded during checkout if no damage has been caused to the property.

Notes

Villa Anatolia 4, Villa Anatolia 1, Villa Anatolia 2 and Villa Anatolia 3 are situated next to each other, perfect for large groups who wish to book more than one property together.

The lower ground bedroom is accessed separately from the main part of the house and, therefore, is unsuitable for young, unaccompanied children.

An intercom screen is available at the front door to open the front gate at street level.

A private garage at street level with a lift takes you up to the pool terrace.

The villa's open staircases aren't suitable for young children.
