Villa Angel

Villa Angel is a stunning contemporary 5-bedroom villa located in Kisla area of Kalkan, offering breathtaking sea views across the bay. The first-floor bedrooms share a furnished sea-view balcony, while the second-floor bedroom offers its own furnished terrace, providing an elevated view of the picturesque bay. The living space of Villa Angel is designed to be light, airy, and inviting, providing ample room for families or groups of friends to socialize and create cherished memories together. Outside, the property features a pool terrace with a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, a comfortable sofa set with two armchairs and two cushioned stools arranged around a coffee table, and a BBQ for outdoor dining experiences. Kalkan town center is approximately a 25-30 minute walk from the villa and Kalkan Beach Park and Mahal Beach Clubs are within a 7-9 minute walk. Additionally, Kalkan Beach Park offers water taxis to the harbor throughout the day, providing convenient access to further exploration.

The living room features two large sofas, an armchair, coffee table, air conditioning, flat screen TV and complimentary wifi. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the pool area. 

Kitchen

The kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, breakfast bar/island unit, dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating and a BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
