Villa Antares Premium

Villa Antares Premium is a newly constructed and luxurious villa that can easily host up to 6 guests in 3 en-suite bedrooms. The villa is situated within a 10-minute stroll to the town centre and the Old Town area, in a desirable location with views of olive groves.

The property features delightful views from every level — offering perspectives of the surrounding olive groves from the pool terrace and breathtaking sea and mountain vistas from the upper floors. The villa boasts elegant decor throughout and provides a stylish and modern interior.

Villa Antares Premium offers everything you might desire for a peaceful vacation, featuring a rooftop jacuzzi, ample outdoor areas, an oversized pool with an integrated jacuzzi, and a shallow pool.

Ground Floor

The ground floor comprises a cosy open-concept living space and a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The sliding doors that extend from floor to ceiling link the interior to the outdoor pool terrace.

The lounge includes an L-shaped sofa, a coffee table set, and a wall-mounted flat-screen Smart TV. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge freezer, built-in oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and kettle. Additionally, there is a dining table that seats 6 in the kitchen. 

The washing machine is situated in a cupboard under the stairs, which also contains a drying rack, an iron, and an ironing board.

First Floor

The stairs provide access to the first floor, which contains two spacious bedrooms.

Bedroom 1 is a double room with an en-suite shower room. The room has bedside tables, a vanity table, and wardrobes. The sliding glass doors open out to a private balcony with two chairs and a coffee table.

Bedroom 2 is a twin room with an en-suite shower room. The room has bedside tables, a vanity table, and wardrobes. The sliding glass doors open out to a private balcony with two chairs and a coffee table.

Second/Top Floor

This level contains the villa's final bedroom. The room has direct access to the privately furnished roof terrace, with sea and mountain views, a rattan seating set, an umbrella, a swing seat, and a rooftop jacuzzi.

Bedroom 3 is the master double room with an en-suite shower room. The room has bedside tables, a vanity table, and a wardrobe.

Outdoors

The spacious terrace features a sizable swimming pool, an integrated jacuzzi, and a shallow section. There are sun loungers, parasols, an outdoor seating area, a double 'egg' chair, and an al-fresco dining table for 6 guests. A BBQ and table tennis table can also be found on one side of the terrace.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before your arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be arranged for reservations of 14 nights or more. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £150, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. If no damage has been caused to the property, this deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay.
