Villa Arden Ege is a newly updated property located in a highly desirable and convenient area, Lykia Estate, only an 8-minute stroll from the town centre and beach clubs.

This remarkable property spans three levels, features full air conditioning, and has undergone extensive renovations to a very high standard. The villa includes 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, offering ample open-plan living space and large bedrooms, each with its own en-suite and amazing sea views.

The outdoor area is tastefully decorated and organized to offer spaces for dining, lounging, and sunbathing, complete with shaded spots and places to bask in the sun throughout most of the day, along with a wonderful pool that features a jacuzzi section.

The Likya Residence Hotel features a fantastic spa and wellness centre with a Turkish Bath just a short distance from the villa. The Migros and Macro Center supermarkets are also within a 4-5 minute walk from the villa.

Ground Floor

This floor features a spacious open-plan living room furnished with an L-shaped sofa, coffee tables and a large flat-screen TV, a substantial fully-equipped kitchen fitted with various modern appliances, including an oven, hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, kettle, and a coffee machine, along with a dining area that accommodates 10 guests.

There is a guest WC situated on this level, which also contains a washing machine.

The villa's first bedroom is located on this floor. Bedroom 1 is a twin room with an en-suite shower room. The room has bedside tables, vanity tables, and wardrobes.

The sliding glass doors lead out to the pool terrace from the living space and the bedroom.

First Floor

Two of the bedrooms are located on this floor. 

Bedroom 2 is a double room with an en-suite shower room. The room has bedside tables, a vanity table, wardrobes, a balcony with two chairs, and a side table.

Bedroom 3 is a double room with an en-suite shower and bath. The room has bedside tables, a vanity table, wardrobes, a balcony with two chairs, and a side table.

Second Floor

The second floor features two double bedrooms with a layout similar to the first floor.

Bedroom 4 is a double room with an en-suite shower room. The room has bedside tables, a vanity table, wardrobes, a balcony with two chairs, and a side table.

Bedroom 5 is a double room with an en-suite shower and bath. The room has bedside tables, a vanity table, wardrobes, a balcony with two chairs, and a side table.

At the top of the stairs, a door opens onto a rooftop patio equipped with spacious pink cushions for comfortable seating. This patio is also reachable from bedroom 5, which is located on this floor.

Outdoors

The terrace area is primarily located at the front of the villa, spanning the entire width of the property. It is a well-designed space featuring cosy furniture that allows you to sunbathe, enjoy meals, or find a shady nook to unwind with a drink and a book. The villa features a private infinity pool with a jacuzzi just behind it, offering ample space for your entire group and an excellent spot to appreciate the views. The terrace has 10 sun loungers, 5 sun loungers, and a shaded outdoor seating area. There is also an outdoor dining area that accommodates 10 guests, along with a BBQ.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before your arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be arranged for reservations of 14 nights or more. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn the additional cleaning fee. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £300, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. If no damage has been caused to the property, this deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay.

Things to Know

The villa's pool can be heated upon request for an additional cost of £200 per week.

The villa features open-tread internal staircases that do not have railings. As a result, they are not appropriate for children.
