Villa Arhan

We are delighted to introduce this unique, contemporary 5-bedroom villa in Kalkan's Kisla region. Villa Arhan has an accommodation capacity of 12 guests thanks to its two family rooms.

The living area is spread across 4 levels, featuring sea views from the balconies in the bedrooms and the rooftop terrace.

The villa is a 25-minute stroll to the town centre, but the local beach clubs provide water taxis to the harbour all day long. Additionally, there is a mini local market close to the villa.

Ground Floor

The main door, positioned between two columns, opens into the living area, featuring a spacious L-shaped couch, an armchair, a coffee table, and a sizable smart TV. Glass sliding doors open up to a balcony furnished with two chairs and a small table. 

The modern and fully-equipped kitchen includes a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, electric hob with an extractor fan, built-in microwave and oven, water cooler, kettle, and toaster. 

The dining table can accommodate 8 people comfortably, and an additional 2 dining chairs are available if needed. 

First Floor

This level has two bedrooms - one family room( a double and a single bed ) and one twin room.

Bedroom 1 is the family room with one double and one single bed; this bedroom has an en-suite shower room. The room also has a vanity table, a wall-mounted TV, bedside tables, and wardrobes.

Bedroom 2 is a double room with an en-suite shower room. The room has a vanity table, a wall-mounted TV, bedside tables, and wardrobes.

• Bedrooms 1 and 2 share a balcony featuring a sofa, armchair, and coffee table.

Second/Top Floor

This floor houses the master bedroom under high eaves. 

Bedroom 3 is the master double room with an en-suite shower room. The room has a small sofa, a vanity table, a wall-mounted TV, bedside tables, and wardrobes.

On the opposite side of the room is a kitchenette featuring a drink fridge, a two-ring electric stove, a kettle, and a coffee maker. There is also a tiny wall-mounted dining table and two bar stools.

The roof terrace can be accessed through sliding doors and is equipped with a round table accompanied by four chairs and two sun loungers, perfect for unwinding while taking in the stunning views of the bay.

Lower Ground Floor

This level features two more bedrooms - one family room( a double and a single bed ), one twin room, and a separate WC with a basin. 

Bedroom 4 is another family room with one double and one single bed; this bedroom has an en-suite shower room with a corner Jacuzzi bath. The room also has a vanity table, a wall-mounted TV, bedside tables, and wardrobes. The pool terrace, offering views of the garden, is accessed through sliding doors. 

Bedroom 5 is a double room with an en-suite shower room. The room has a vanity table, a wall-mounted TV, bedside tables, and wardrobes. The pool terrace, offering views of the garden, is accessed through sliding doors. 

Outdoors

The freshwater pool features a ladder at one end and steps at the opposite end for entry. There are four sun loungers positioned around the pool and two sun loungers located under the shaded area outside the family room. A shower by the pool is also available in an alcove for guests to use.

There is a sheltered dining space featuring 8 chairs and a kitchenette with a sink, kettle, drinks refrigerator, electric hob, water cooler, and a BBQ for outdoor dining.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before your arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be arranged for reservations of 14 nights or more. Please let us know during your booking or stay to learn the additional cleaning fee if you would like extra cleaning. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. If no damage has been caused to the property, this deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay.
