A recent addition to our collection for 2024, located in Kalamar district of Kalkan, Villa Armoni Kalamar is a modern 3-bedroom property that offers breathtaking views over the bay. This luxury villa features a roof terrace housing a main salt-water swimming pool, two Jacuzzi plunge pools, water featured garden area, a sauna and hammam. Thanks to its ideal location, Kalkan town center is approximately a 20-minute walk away. Kalamar, Lures and Kulube Hotel Beach Clubs can be reached within a short 5-minute walk while the Carrefoursa supermarket is just a 7-8 minute stroll away. The villa has a thoughtfully designed layout, with the entrance level comprising an entrance hallway and a master bedroom with an outside jacuzzi plunge pool for two and outside seating corner. There is also an al fresco dining table on the side of the property. The lower ground floor houses twin and double en-suite bedrooms, sauna and hammam, providing ample space for relaxation. The pool terrace of the lower ground level has a garden with a water feature, 4-person jacuzzi plunge pool, shaded outdoor seating and BBQ. The first floor offers an open plan living, dining, kitchen area, with a fully equipped stylish kitchen and a comfortable living area with striking sea views. Finally, the second floor is home to a roof terrace with a saltwater pool, comfy daybeds, a kitchenette and a seating area, where you can enjoy the mesmerising sea views and Kalkan's warm days.

The modern living room features comfortable sofa set, air conditioning, flat screen TV, coffee table, iron, ironing board and complimentary wifi. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to sea viewed balcony.

Kitchen

The kitchen features a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, oven, hob, breakfast bar, dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The lover ground floor pool terrace has a 4-person jacuzzi plunge pool, outdoor seating and BBQ. The rooftop pool terrace features a private swimming pool, daybeds and corner seating. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £300 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
