Villa Aura D

Villa Aura D is one of four brand-new identical Aura villas in Kalkan's sought-after Kalamar area, offering exclusivity and tranquillity. The villas have been completed in March 2025. 

The villa features a pool, panoramic sea views, bespoke design elements, and spacious accommodation with 3 en-suite double bedrooms for up to 6 guests. The interior reflects luxury, and the outdoor area provides mesmerising views, a thoughtfully created terrace complementing the pool.

The villa is close to CarrefourSa Supermarket, restaurants on Kalamar Road ( The Brothers, Porchini, The Kitchen by Korsan, Cafe Vita ), and famous beach clubs in the Kalamar area, such as Lures, Kulube and Kalamar Beach Clubs, and it is a short taxi ride away from Kalkans' Old town.

Ground Floor

The entrance leads to a modern open-plan kitchen, living and dining areas. To the front, a fashionable wooden staircase leads to the first floor, featuring an appealing raised garden bed underneath. 

The living room is spacious, with carefully selected furnishings for style and comfort, including a sofa set, coffee table, and large wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen features a fridge-freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, and all the necessary utensils and dinnerware for a self-catering stay. The kitchen island provides 3 chairs and functions as a practical breakfast bar. There is also a dining table for 6 guests within the kitchen.

A washing machine, iron, and ironing board are also available on this level for the guests' use.

First Floor

The first bedroom on the floor is a double with an en-suite shower room with bedside tables, a wardrobe and a vanity unit. Large glass sliding doors offer breathtaking sea views and open onto a private balcony with 2 chairs and a coffee table.

The second double bedroom along the hallway features an en-suite shower room, bedside tables, a wardrobe, and a vanity unit. Large glass sliding doors offer breathtaking sea views and open onto a private balcony with 2 chairs and a coffee table.

Second Floor

A second wooden staircase leads to the top floor where the third bedroom, a double with en-suite shower room, is located. This bedroom has bedside tables, a wardrobe and a vanity unit, plus a large wrap-around terrace through sliding glass doors, showcasing stunning views to the front and side of the villa. This terrace is furnished with outdoor seating, two sun loungers, and a side table.

Outdoors

The spacious outdoor area features a swimming pool surrounded by a generously designed outdoor sanctuary, offering the perfect setting for relaxation and leisure. The pool terrace has sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating with a coffee table, an alfresco dining table and a BBQ.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before guests' arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled for reservations of 14 nights or longer. If you require additional cleaning, please inform us at the time of booking or during your stay to be informed about the extra cleaning fee. Cleaning fees are applied per clean. An attendant cleans and maintains the pool and garden area daily.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. The deposit will be refunded during checkout if no damage has been caused to the property.

Note: If you are travelling with a larger group and would like to have more than one property nearby, Villa Aura D is adjacent to Villa Aura C.
