Villa Ayala

Villa Ayala is a stunning 5-bedroom villa, superbly located in Kalkan's Kiziltas area, a 20-minute walk or a short taxi drive to the town centre of Kalkan. The villa offers breathtaking panoramic views of the sea, Kalkan Bay, and the nearby Mouse and Snake Islands. Villa Ayala has incredible facilities, including a large swimming pool ( which can be heated at an additional cost ), an outdoor games area, a furnished rooftop terrace providing uninterrupted vistas, a sauna and an impressive Turkish Hammam, offering guests an authentic Turkish bath experience without leaving the property.

Lower Ground Floor

Entry to the villa is via the ground floor, with stairs on the right leading down to the lower ground, where guests can find a spacious and contemporary open-plan living, kitchen, and dining area. The living room front features a comfortable L-shaped sofa, a coffee table, two armchairs, a fireplace, and a large flat-screen TV. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the pool area.

To the left, the kitchen includes a fridge-freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, and all the utensils required for a self-catering stay. A dining table seating 8 creates the ideal space for socialising and entertaining. Sliding glass doors open onto the outdoor dining area.

There is also a guest WC on this level.

Ground Floor 

Back on the entry level are two double bedrooms to the left of the main door. Each room is equipped with a jacuzzi bath and separate glass-fronted en-suite shower rooms, bedside tables, a wardrobe, a vanity table, and a flat-screen TV. Both rooms have private balconies, furnished with chairs and a side table, accessible through floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors showcasing beautiful sea views.

There is also a separate sauna located on this floor for additional relaxation. 

First Floor

The first floor houses two more double en-suite bedrooms with private sea-view furnished balconies. One of these bedrooms has a glass-fronted en-suite with a Jacuzzi bath and integral shower, while the other features a Jacuzzi bath within the room itself and a separate glass-fronted en-suite shower room. Each room has bedside tables, a wardrobe, a vanity table, and a flat-screen TV.

A traditional Turkish Hammam is on this level, allowing guests to indulge in this unique Turkish bath experience right in the comfort of their villa.

Second Floor 

The top floor hosts a twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room, bedside tables, and a flat-screen TV. This room opens onto a furnished roof terrace through sliding glass doors, providing mesmerising sights over Kalkan Bay. 

A washing machine, iron, and ironing board are available for guests. 

Outdoors

The outdoor area of Villa Ayala offers a large swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers and parasols, cushioned seating, and a swing seat, supplying an abundance of places to relax and take in the view. To the side of the pool terrace is a games area with table tennis and table football, perfect for some friendly competition.

An alfresco dining table seating eight and a BBQ setup complete the outdoor amenities, all of which are surrounded by landscaped gardens and plants, adding to the overall appeal of Villa Ayala.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before guests' arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled for reservations of 14 nights or longer. If you require additional cleaning, please inform us at the time of booking or during your stay to be informed about the extra cleaning fee. Cleaning fees are applied per clean. Cleaning and maintenance of the pool and garden area are carried out by an attendant daily.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £300, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. The deposit will be refunded during checkout if no damage has been caused to the property.

Note: The villa's pool can be heated upon request for an additional cost of £500 per week.
