The first floor features two spacious double rooms, each equipped with en suite facilities. On the second floor, you'll find two additional double bedrooms. These bedrooms share a remarkable separate bathroom that offers a breathtaking view of the sea. This property is perfect for guests seeking convenience, as it is 10-minute walk from Kalkan town center. Along the Kalamar Road, you'll also find an abundance of charming cafes and restaurants, all within a few minutes' stroll.

Open plan stylish kitchen features a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, fridge, oven, hob and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The extensive terrace has a swimming pool with the stunning views of Kalkan Bay. Pool terrace feature comfortable sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating, al fresco dining table and BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £300 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
