Villa Azde

We are happy to add Villa Azde to our portfolio for the 2025 season. The property features 3 en-suite bedrooms, excellent exteriors, warm interiors, a large swimming pool, a table tennis table and a play area for kids to enjoy. If you are looking for more private gateways, Villa Azde offers a secluded design, which is why it is not possible to see from the outside. Villa Azde is located in the Kordere region of Kalkan, and it is around a 6-7 minute taxi drive to the town centre.

Ground Floor

The contemporary ground floor benefits from beautiful sea views and is occupied by the elegant living room, fully fitted open plan kitchen, dining area and first bedroom of the villa. The living area features two plush leather sofas, two armchairs, a wooden coffee table, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and a sound system. The fully equipped kitchen offers all the essential appliances such as a dishwasher, kettle, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, oven, hob, and all the necessary utensils for a self-catering holiday. A dining table for 6 completes the kitchen. 

The first bedroom of the villa is a twin with an en-suite shower room, a bedside table, a vanity table and a wardrobe. The pool terrace can be accessed through the sliding glass doors.

First Floor

The first floor houses the remaining bedrooms, which are two double bedrooms and have en-suite shower rooms, bedside tables, vanity tables, wardrobes, and wing chairs. Both bedrooms have private furnished sea-faced balconies.

Outdoors

Villa Azde's outdoors offers plenty of space to relax and enjoy the sunshine. The pool of the villa is large and ends with a shallow section. Two sun loungers are placed on the shallow section; the rest of the outdoor amenities include 4 more sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating/al fresco dining table, a swing seat, a table tennis table, and a stone BBQ. The kid's play area is situated on the grass beside the BBQ.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before guests' arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled for reservations of 14 nights or longer. If you require additional cleaning, please inform us at the time of booking or during your stay to be informed about the extra cleaning fee. Cleaning fees are applied per clean. Cleaning and maintenance of the pool and garden area are carried out by an attendant daily.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £150, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. The deposit will be refunded during checkout if no damage has been caused to the property.
