Villa Azur

Villa Azur, situated in the Ortaalan region of Kalkan, is an upscale villa featuring 5 bedrooms and a 13-meter saltwater swimming pool, which includes a shallow end and can be heated upon request. 

The property has been designed and outfitted to an exceptional quality. It features recreational amenities such as a pool table, table tennis, and workout equipment, including a treadmill and weights machine. All rooms are fitted with electric blinds, and there's a newly added outdoor kitchen area equipped with both gas and coal BBQs, as well as a pizza oven. The villa also has a backup generator and a water tank to manage any outages.

Villa Azur provides plenty of chances to enjoy the stunning vistas, whether from the spacious terrace areas, under the cover of the beautiful pergola, or from the 5 bedrooms, especially in the upper room that features its own rooftop Jacuzzi and private balcony.

The villa is approximately a 15-20 minute walk from the town centre of Kalkan, where you will find restaurants, shops, bars and beaches. The Migros Supermarket is within a 10-minute walk, and the recently opened GYM called ShapeUp Fitness Maidan is an 8-minute walk from the villa.

Ground Floor

The living space on the ground floor is large and open-plan, combining a lounge and dining area with a contemporary, fully-equipped kitchen featuring an island and breakfast bar. The stylishly designed kitchen includes a dishwasher, kettle, fridge freezer, water cooler, toaster, oven hob, and all the necessary utensils for your self-catering experience. A dining table for 6 is placed between the kitchen and lounge area. You can access the barbecue area from the side of the kitchen.

The elegantly decorated lounge area features ample cosy seating and a flat-screen TV, including a SKY TV package. 

The villa's first bedroom is located on this level.

Bedroom 1 is a double room with an en-suite shower room. The room has bedside tables, a vanity table, and wardrobes. The sliding glass doors open out to the pool terrace.

Lower Ground Floor

You will discover the games room on the lower ground level, featuring a pool table, workout equipment, and a cosy seating area.

First Floor

There are three further bedrooms on this level.

Bedroom 2 is a double room with an en-suite shower room. The room has bedside tables, a vanity table, and wardrobes. The sliding glass doors open out to a private balcony with two chairs and a coffee table.

Bedroom 3 is a double room with an en-suite shower room. The room has bedside tables, a vanity table, and wardrobes. The sliding glass doors open out to a private balcony with two chairs and a coffee table.

Bedroom 4 is a twin room with an en-suite shower room. The room has bedside tables, a vanity table, and wardrobes. The sliding glass doors open out to a private balcony with two chairs and a coffee table.

Second/Top Floor

This level contains the villa's final bedroom. The room has direct access to the furnished roof terraces, with outstanding sea views of Kalkan Bay, two chairs and a coffee table, four sun loungers, a swing seat, a pergola-shaded seating corner and a rooftop jacuzzi.

Bedroom 5 is the master double room with an en-suite shower room. The room has bedside tables, a vanity table, and a wardrobe.

Outdoors

Villa Azur features a magnificent 13-metre saltwater swimming pool with a shallow end. You can access the pool through graduated steps, which can be heated during specific seasons. The pool area has a deck featuring sun loungers, parasols, seating for outdoor gatherings, a swing seat, and bean bags surrounding the large pool terrace.

The outdoor dining space features a pergola and a kitchen area with a pizza oven and gas and charcoal barbecues.

You can also find an additional seating area under an umbrella and a table tennis table at the rear of the property.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before your arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be arranged for reservations of 14 nights or more. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. If no damage has been caused to the property, this deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay.

NOTE: The villa's pool can be heated upon request for an additional cost of £250 per week.
