Villa Bella Mare

This spacious 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom luxury villa in the peaceful Kalamar region of Kalkan has incredible panoramic sea and island views from every room. Villa Bella Mare was only recently constructed and has been carefully thought out to the smallest of details, featuring tastefully created rooms, landscaped gardens and a choice of pools. Calming blue tones are used throughout the villa, bringing the enchanting colours of the sky and Mediterranean sea inside for a seamless transition. The villa is close to shops, restaurants, and famous beach clubs such as Lures, Kulube and Kalamar Beach Clubs, and it is a short taxi ride away from Kalkans' picturesque old town.

Ground Floor 

The extensive ground floor features a contemporary open-plan kitchen, living, and dining areas. The lounge has a comfortable L-shaped sofa, a large flat-screen TV with access to UK channels and Netflix, and a coffee table. Alongside the living section is the kitchen and dining area. The modern American-style kitchen has everything required for a self-catering holiday, including a fridge-freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and all utensils needed. A breakfast bar separates the kitchen from the oval dining table, seating 10. A high chair is available if required.

The ground floor includes a guest WC located near the first double bedroom, featuring an en-suite shower room and sliding doors that lead to the pool terrace. The terrace features a wooden platform with comfortable seating, providing an ideal location to enjoy the panoramic views of Kalamar Bay.

The sliding glass doors open directly onto the pool terrace, offering exceptional Kalamar Bay views.

First Floor

A beautifully designed wooden staircase with a built-in cushioned bench seat and decorative pebble flower bed underneath leads to the first floor. The master suite, a double and twin bedroom are on this level, along with a utility room including a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The impressive master suite features a sizeable 4-poster bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, vanity table, a hanging swing chair and bath within the room, alongside the separate shower room and dressing room. Floor-to-ceiling glass windows on two sides of the master suite showcase the alluring sea and hillside views. Sliding doors lead out to a private balcony, complete with chairs and a coffee table.

The double and twin bedrooms, both with en-suite shower rooms, include bedside tables, a wardrobe, and a vanity table. The twin room can be made into a double if requested and has a private sea-view balcony.

Second/Top Floor

The second/top floor of this delightful villa features a spacious double bedroom with an en-suite shower room. This room includes bedside tables, a wardrobe, a vanity table, and access to the roof terrace. On the terrace, guests can find a jacuzzi, sunbeds, chairs, and a coffee table, perfect for relaxing and admiring the exquisite views over Kalamar Bay and the nearby islands.

Outdoors

Step out onto the pool terrace, where a generous-sized infinity pool offers a built-in jacuzzi, steps for easy access and a shallow section. A separate pool features stepping stones and a decorative palm tree in the centre; a third small pool, suitable for children, is located to the side of the terrace area. A tiled poolside shower is also provided.

Numerous sun loungers and parasols are available, along with a traditional ottoman-style seating area sunken into the landscaped garden beneath a pagoda with tranquil blue drapes. A large dining area seating 10 is underneath a covered space, along with a built-in sofa, coffee table and a luxurious suspended swing seat. This section is perfect for alfresco dining as guests can find a built-in BBQ, sink and food preparation counters here.

For those who like some competition, table tennis and table football can be played on the pool terrace, and in a separate annexe accessible by steps from the terrace, there is a flat-screen TV, pool table and games area.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before guests' arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled for reservations of 14 nights or longer. If you require additional cleaning, please inform us at the time of booking or during your stay to be informed about the extra cleaning fee. Cleaning fees are applied per clean. Cleaning and maintenance of the pool and garden area are carried out by an attendant daily.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £500, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. The deposit will be refunded during checkout if no damage has been caused to the property.

Note: The villa's pool can be heated upon request for an additional cost of £700 per week.
