Villa Cactus House

We are delighted to add this spacious, contemporarily designed villa to our luxury villa selection for the 2025 season. Villa Cactus House is a recently renovated property located in a secluded area of Kalkan. It features 4 en-suite bedrooms and provides complete privacy for guests.

The property has undergone a complete internal and external renovation, designed to create a luxury retreat that offers a range of desirable features for a private villa. Although not located on the waterfront, the design incorporates features that provide a water experience. The main pool is reportedly the largest in a private villa in Kalkan, featuring an explorative cave, waterfall, and two waterslides. Additionally, the main pool connects to an indoor pool equipped with a retractable roof.

Together with this and the incredible panoramic vistas, Villa Cactus House is bound to be a favourite among our most selective guests.

Villa Cactus House is approximately a 4-5 min taxi drive from the Kalkan town centre, which has plenty of restaurants, bars, shops and beaches.

*The cinema room can be used as a children's bedroom (up to 4 children can sleep here, if required, on single-sized mattresses). One of the twin bedrooms can be configured as a double if required.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before your arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be arranged for reservations of 14 nights or more. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. If no damage has been caused to the property, this deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay.
