Villa Calikusu

Villa Calikusu is an exquisite 5 en-suite bedroom property in the serene Kalamar area of Kalkan, offering unparalleled views of Kalamar Bay. With its elevated position, the property provides panoramic vistas from every corner. It's a pleasant 25-to-30-minute walk to the town centre, with the closest supermarket, restaurants, plus popular beach clubs (Kalamar, Kulube and Lures) within a 10-15 minute stroll. The stone details and high ceilings amplify the architectural splendour. Peaceful green tones are used throughout the villa, creating a calming atmosphere and bringing the natural colours of the surrounding hillside indoors. The outdoor areas are as impressive as the interior, offering ample opportunities to unwind and soak up the surroundings.

Lower Ground Floor

The entrance to the property is via the lower ground floor, which features an undercover parking area with steps leading up past the pool and garden area to the front door. Also on this level is the first of 5 bedrooms, a double with an en-suite shower room, accessible via stairs from the sheltered outdoor dining area. This tastefully designed bedroom includes bedside tables, a wardrobe, a vanity table and a cushioned sofa. Large glass windows on one side display the rolling hillside, with floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors in front opening out onto a private balcony with sea views and a soothing Jacuzzi bath, chairs and coffee table.

Ground Floor

Enter Villa Calikusu through the tranquil green front door with ornate glass side panels into the hallway, where guests can find the second bedroom of the property on the left, a classic staircase in front with a built-in sofa underneath and a guest WC to the right.

Continuing through the hallway leads to the open plan living, kitchen and dining area. The first section is the living room, embodying elegance and spaciousness with its double-height ceiling and windows, adding a sense of grandeur. The real highlight of this room is the breathtaking sea views, creating a pleasant ambience for ultimate relaxation. The lounge includes plush furniture, a coffee table, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. Sliding doors provide convenient access to the pool area.
 

The well-equipped kitchen has everything required for a self-catering holiday, including a fridge, freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, kettle and all the utensils needed. A breakfast bar and classy dining table give ample room for indoor dining. Sliding doors provide access to the side of the villa, where guests can locate the outside dining area.

The ground-floor bedroom is a spacious double room with an en-suite shower room, bedside tables, a wardrobe, and a vanity table. The terrace is accessible through sliding glass doors and is furnished with chairs, a coffee table, and a circular day bed. Access to the garden and main pool terrace is available from the bedroom's terrace.
 

First Floor

The remaining three beautiful bedrooms are on this level: a double, a twin and the master suite. Up the stairs and to the left, the furthest bedroom is a double with an en-suite shower room, bedside tables, a wardrobe, and a vanity table. A private balcony with incredible views over the bay is accessed through glass sliding doors, furnished with chairs and a coffee table. Opposite this bedroom is a utility room with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board available for the guests' use.

Next door is a twin with an en-suite shower room, bedside tables, a wardrobe, a vanity table, a tropical feature wall, a private balcony equipped with chairs, and a coffee table, again offering endless sea views.

Walk across the bright and airy mezzanine, furnished with sofa seating and a table, which overlooks the lounge and the inspiring views beyond the final bedroom, the master suite. This room is a double room with an en-suite shower room and a freestanding bath within the room itself. The bedroom also includes a hanging swing chair, bedside tables, a walk-in wardrobe, and a vanity table. Two sides of this room are glass from floor to ceiling, showcasing both sea and hillside landscapes. Sliding doors lead to a private balcony with chairs and a coffee table.

Outdoors

The large pool terrace offers many options for guests to relax under the sun, including a raised outdoor Jacuzzi decorated with lush green drapes, all with stunning views of the bay and nearby islands. There are several sun loungers, parasols, cushioned outdoor seating, two hammocks and a swing. A separate sunken U-shaped sofa with a table across the lawn area makes the perfect area for gathering with friends or family.

The substantial infinity pool has steps at one end for easy access and a large shallow section featuring decorative raised plant beds and two restful daybeds, ideal for sunbathing and keeping cool at the same time. A modern wooden outdoor dining table seating ten is underneath a pergola alongside a portable BBQ, sink and food preparation area. Cushioned seating with a coffee table is next to the alfresco dining area.

At the rear of the shaded pergola area, guests can find a tiled outdoor shower and table tennis table, ideal for a friendly competition.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before guests' arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled for reservations of 14 nights or longer. If you require additional cleaning, please inform us at the time of booking or during your stay to be informed about the extra cleaning fee. Cleaning fees are applied per clean. Cleaning and maintenance of the pool and garden area are carried out by an attendant daily.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £500, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. The deposit will be refunded during checkout if no damage has been caused to the property.
