Villa Cihan, a brand new 4-bedroom property for the 2024 season, offers guests stunning sea views, particularly from the first and second floors. The property is located in the desirable Ortaalan area just a short, 10-12 minute walk from Kalkan town centre, restaurants, shops and bars. It is also conveniently situated within easy reach of the Migros supermarket. This exceptional villa boasts two pools (an outdoor pool and a heated indoor pool), a sauna, a cinema room, and table football for entertainment. The accommodation layout is as follows: The property can be accessed through a private entrance gate located to the side of the building. The lower ground floor; a staircase leads to the lower ground floor, where a kitchen bar with three bar stools is located. Additionally, a mini fridge and sink with a selection of glasses are located on the shelves above. A washing machine is available in the space beneath the stairs. This level also comprises a sauna and a cinema room. This floor also comprises a large double bedroom with an en-suite shower room. A glass door leads to the stairs that descend to the indoor pool. On the lower split level, there is a large sofa set, a slide and swing for children, and table football. The indoor pool has a ladder-style staircase leading to the water, and sun loungers positioned around it. The twin room is situated opposite the indoor pool on this level and features an en-suite shower. The first floor comprises two double bedrooms. The bedroom to the left features an en-suite shower and sliding doors leading to a private balcony furnished with two chairs and a side table, allowing guests to enjoy the sea views. The second double bedroom features an en-suite shower. The picture window offers uninterrupted sea views. The second/top floor provides access to the roof terrace, which offers uninterrupted sea views.

The outdoor and indoor pools of the villa can be heated upon request at an additional cost. The indoor pool is 1500 TL per day, and the outdoor pool is 2500 TL per day.

Living Room

The living room features two sofas, an armchair, coffee table, air conditioning, flat screen smart TV and complimentary wifi. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the pool area. 

Kitchen

The kitchen which is situated on the right-hand side upon entering the villa features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, dining table for 6 and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a private L-shape swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating area, a swing seat, pergola shaded al fresco dining table and a BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £150 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
