Villa Cindy

Villa Cindy is a characteristically, tastefully decorated, fully furnished 3-bedroom detached villa in a distinctive spot on the elite Kas Peninsula, offering breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea, the Greek island of Meis, and various other small Greek islands. Most of the bedrooms and balconies offer these stunning vistas and beautiful sunsets.

This villa accommodates up to 6 people, making it suitable for families or groups of friends. The peninsula is characterized by a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. It is located just a 5-minute drive from the centre of Kas, where various restaurants, bars, and shops are available for visitors.

Bedrooms

1. Bedroom: A double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC.

2. Bedroom: Twin beds, bedside tables, wardrobe, vanity table, shared bathroom and WC.

3. Bedroom: A double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, vanity table, shared bathroom and WC.

• Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a shower room located across the hallway.

Living Room

Spacious living room with lovely sea view situated on the ground floor, including an L-shape sofa, a coffee table, and a flat-screen TV. This room connects to the pool terrace through sliding glass doors.

Kitchen

Open plan sea, viewed fully equipped kitchen features fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, water dispenser, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, dining table and plenty of other utensils/dinnerware required for a self-catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The villa's pool is accessed through several steps leading down from the patio. The swimming pool also has a children's paddling pool. The patio area comprises sun loungers, parasols, an al fresco dining table and a BBQ. An attendant completes the cleaning and maintenance of the pool and garden area daily.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before guests' arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled for reservations of 14 nights or longer. If you require additional cleaning, please inform us at the time of booking or during your stay to be informed about the extra cleaning fee. Cleaning fees are applied per clean. An attendant cleans and maintains the pool and garden area daily.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £150, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. The deposit will be refunded during checkout if no damage has been caused to the property.
