Villa Deida

Villa Deida is one of a pair of exquisite villas located adjacent to one another in the Kalamar region, providing spectacular sea views from the bedrooms and the terrace on the top floor.

This remarkable property features 3 bedrooms; two are on the first floor, and the final one is on the top floor, including a jacuzzi bath.

Villa Deida is situated within walking distance of the Kulube Hotel Beach Club and Kalamar Beach Club, and several restaurants and a supermarket are nearby.

Ground Floor

The front door opens into a spacious living area with a guest cloakroom near the entrance. The stylish kitchen has a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, sandwich maker, and kettle. Additionally, there is a breakfast bar with a pair of stools.

The living room features a spacious L-shaped couch, two armchairs arranged around a coffee table, and a flat-screen TV. The dining table accommodates 6 people comfortably but can be expanded. 

The kitchen and living room sliding doors lead out to the pool terrace.

First Floor

There are two bedrooms on this floor. 

Bedroom 1 is a twin room that can be converted into a double upon request. The shower room for this bedroom is across the hallway. The room has bedside tables, a vanity table, and wardrobes. The sliding glass doors open out to a furnished private balcony, offering sea views.

Bedroom 2 is a double room with an en-suite shower room. The room has bedside tables, a vanity table, and wardrobes. The sliding glass doors open out to a furnished private balcony, offering sea views.

Second/Top Floor

A glass door at the top of the stairs provides access to the roof terrace, which is furnished with a swing seat, two chairs and a side table. The roof terrace offers splendid views of Kalamar Bay.

This floor houses the villa's final bedroom, which is situated under the eaves.

Bedroom 3 is a master double room with an en-suite shower room. The room has bedside tables, a vanity table, and wardrobes. There is also a round in-room Jacuzzi bath.

Outdoors

The area surrounding the infinity pool features 6 sun loungers and parasols. The pool is accessed via a ladder and includes a shallow end suitable for young children or positioning sun loungers. 

There is also a pergola-shaded al fresco dining table for 6 guests and a portable BBQ, making it easy for your group to enjoy outdoor dining.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before your arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be arranged for reservations of 14 nights or more. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £150, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. If no damage has been caused to the property, this deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay.

IMPORTANT NOTE - ADDITIONAL 4TH BEDROOM

A fourth en-suite bedroom is available for up to two additional guests, increasing the total capacity to a maximum of 8 guests for an additional cost(Please ask for the charge during booking). This room is a double, and it is situated on the lower ground floor. The room can be accessed via a spiral stair from the ground floor.

NOTE 2: If you are travelling as a larger group and would like more than one property nearby, Villa Deida is situated next door to Villa Laoda. The accommodation capacity can be increased to accommodate a total of 12/16 guests.
