Villa Diamond is in Kalamar Bay, which has incredible views of Azure Kalamar Bay. This splendid property is located just a mere 2-3 minute walk from the closest beach clubs, such as Kalamar and Lures Beach Clubs. The town centre is approximately a 30-minute walk or a quick 5-minute taxi ride away. The villa has 5 spacious bedrooms, thoughtfully distributed across its four floors. 

Lower Ground Floor

The lower ground floor consists of 3 double bedrooms. Two of these bedrooms feature en-suite shower rooms.

Bedroom 1 is a double room with an en-suite shower room. The room has bedside tables, vanity tables, and wardrobes.

Bedroom 2 is a double room with an en-suite shower room. The room has bedside tables, vanity tables, and wardrobes.

Bedroom 3 is a double room which can be configured as a twin bedroom. The room has bedside tables, vanity tables, and wardrobes. This room has no en-suite facilites but offers access to a shower room and WC across the hallway.

This level features a well-equipped games room, offering entertainment options like table football, air hockey, a PlayStation 4, and darts.

There is a utility room with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. 

A sauna, a new addition for 2023, provides a spot for relaxation and offers beautiful views through its window.

This floor also features a furnished lower-level terrace and stairs leading up to the ground-floor pool terrace. 

Ground Floor

The living, kitchen, and dining spaces feature expansive windows stretching from floor to ceiling, along with flooring extending the entire room. This layout allows ample natural light to pour into the property and offers direct access to the terrace by the pool. The living area features a comfortable L-shaped sofa, a marble coffee table, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The kitchen has a fridge freezer, a microwave, oven, hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, a toaster and a kettle. A dining table/breakfast bar is also available.

First Floor

Bedroom 4 is the master double room with en-suite shower room. The room has bedside tables, vanity tables, and wardrobes. The room also features a jacuzzi bathtub that offers fantastic views. The sliding doors provide access to a spacious balcony with sea views.

Second/Top Floor

Bedroom 5 is a double room with an en-suite shower room. The room has bedside tables, vanity tables, and wardrobes. This bedroom opens up to the villa’s roof terrace, featuring stunning views, a couple of lounge chairs, and a cosy seating area.

Please be aware that due to the bedroom being built into the eaves, some areas have limited ceiling height.

Outdoors

The outdoor area is equally impressive, featuring several different places to relax. It features an infinity-edge swimming pool with jacuzzi jets, sun loungers, parasols, a shaded al fresco dining table and BBQ. Table tennis is also available under a pergola at the back of the property.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before your arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be arranged for reservations of 14 nights or more. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £300, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. If no damage has been caused to the property, this deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay.

NOTE: The pool of the villa can be heated on request at additional cost of £210 per week.
