Villa Dream House is a villa located in the Kordere area of Kalkan, designed to provide a secluded layout that promotes privacy and relaxation. The property features elegant furnishings, spacious interiors and pool terrace, and fantastic sea and mountain views.

The villa is designed across two levels and includes two en-suite bedrooms. The master bedroom also has a double jacuzzi, enhancing the luxurious experience. This property is well-suited for small families looking for a private and picturesque getaway.

Villa Dream House is a 7-8 minute drive from Kalkan town centre, close to restaurants, shops, and beach clubs. A supermarket, A101, is just 100 meters away for easy access to daily essentials.

Ground Floor

The villa's ground floor is pretty expansive and has too much space to relax. You will find the living area, the fully-equipped kitchen and a dining table for 6 guests.

The living area has two big sofas, two armchairs, a coffee table, and a wall-mounted smart TV. The kitchen features a fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, gas hob, electric oven, kettle, and dining table for six guests. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the pool terrace.

There is also a guest's WC on this floor. 

First Floor

This floor contains the bedrooms of the villa. They both have amazing sea views.

Bedroom 1 is a double room with an en-suite shower room, jacuzzi bath, bedside tables, a wardrobe, and a vanity table. The sliding glass doors open onto the private balcony with two chairs and a side table.

Bedroom 2 is a twin room with an en-suite shower room, bedside tables, a wardrobe, and a vanity table. The sliding glass doors open onto the private balcony with two chairs and a side table.

Outdoors

The pool terrace of the property is covered with a curtain system to provide extra privacy. The front curtains can be slid open to enjoy the views. The pool terrace features a large swimming pool with a shallow end, two parasols, four sun loungers, a poolside shower, a pergola-shaded outdoor seating, an al fresco dining table and a BBQ.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before guests' arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled for reservations of 14 nights or longer. If you require additional cleaning, please inform us at the time of booking or during your stay to be informed about the extra cleaning fee. Cleaning fees are applied per clean. Cleaning and maintenance of the pool and garden area are carried out by an attendant daily.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £100, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. The deposit will be refunded during checkout if no damage has been caused to the property.
