Villa Dreams

Built 2021, our striking modern villa is located in Kalkan’s Kalamar district with fabulous sea and landscape views. The convenient location allows our guests to walk to local amenities, the beach and harbour from this property. A total of 5 bedrooms sleep up to 10 guests and this villa has a beautiful open plan living space. You can spend leisurely hours on the spacious private terrace and cool off in the pool, soak up the day long sun and marvel at the stunning sunsets from villa Dreams.

Bedrooms

1. Bedroom: Ground floor, A double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC.

2. Bedroom: Lower ground floor, A double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC.

3. Bedroom: Lower ground floor, A double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, jacuzzi, bathroom and WC.

4. Bedroom: Lower ground floor, Twin beds, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC.

5. Bedroom: Lower ground floor, A double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC. This bedroom is accessed via sliding doors from the courtyard. Please note that as this bedroom is only accessible externally from the pool terrace and cannot be reached from within the main villa, it may not be suitable for young children requiring supervision.

Living Room

The contemporary lounge is finished in white colour and offers a cool relaxing space where you can entertain after long summer days. This room has a sitting group, coffee table, sound system, wall mounted flat screen TV, free internet and air conditioning. Full height glass doors provides easy access to the pool terrace.

Kitchen

Open plan kitchen sits to the side of the living room with plenty of preparation space and modern appliances. The amenities include a fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, dining table, oven, hob and all the utensils required for a self-catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The outer terrace sits to the front of the villa facing the sea. This terrace is complete with large swimming pool, kitchenette, alfresco dining area and BBQ, sun loungers, parasols and outdoor seating. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
