Villa Eagles Lodge

We are thrilled to add this spacious, contemporarily designed 6-bedroom and 6-bathroom villa to our luxury villa selection for the 2025 season.

Villa Eagles Lodge is part of a collection of luxury villas. The villa is situated in a stunning location on a 1/3 acre lot and prominently overlooks Kalkan from the hillside. With a size comparable to a small hotel, the villa provides high-quality indoor and outdoor areas, accommodating 12 guests comfortably. The property features an 18m infinity pool with a heating system and an integrated Jacuzzi. 

The villa spans two levels, with no rooms in the attic or any limitations. It is enveloped by parkland dotted with olive trees, and its elevated location, along with breathtaking sea views, guarantees complete serenity and seclusion. Villa Eagles Lodge features an 18m heated infinity pool (heating available for an additional fee) accompanied by a Jacuzzi, BBQ area, a spacious sun terrace with 12 loungers, a shaded dining space, an outdoor shower, and ample parking. No other villas are within at least 150 yards, ensuring your utmost privacy. The interior showcases luxurious travertine and marble flooring, complemented by a high-end cream kitchen, utility room, and a generous dining area (seating for 12) alongside a living room with a large TV, satellite connection, and Wi-Fi. Each bedroom boasts breathtaking sea views, en-suite bathrooms, and expansive balconies. The property has six CCTV cameras, four safes, and a detailed yet user-friendly alarm system. Each bedroom is furnished with four hair dryers and full-length mirrors. While Eagles Lodge has the capacity of a small hotel, it is limited to 6 bedrooms to ensure that every guest enjoys a similarly luxurious experience.

Living Room

The villa's living room features an L-shaped sofa, a second sofa, a coffee table, two armchairs, a side table, and a flat-screen TV. The sliding glass doors lead out onto the pool terrace.

This floor also features a laundry area with a washing machine, iron, ironing board, and a clothes airer.

Kitchen

The villa's cream colour, fully equipped kitchen has a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, kettle, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, dining table for 12 guests and all the other utensils required for a self-catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The villa's infinity pool measures 18m by 5m, with the shallow end roughly 1.5 m deep. It features specially designed Roman steps for easy access. The pool is equipped with a heating system for cooler months. There is a spacious patio/sunbathing area furnished with 12 sun loungers and umbrellas and a covered outdoor dining area with a large table for 12. The villa boasts a well-maintained garden filled with various potted plants that provide a splash of colour. A large stone BBQ is adjacent to the shaded patio and dining space, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals. An integrated jacuzzi is located at one end of the 18m pool, allowing guests to relax and enjoy the stunning views. Ample space is available for relaxation, with shaded seating areas around the villa. From the pool, there is access to a cloakroom.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before your arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be arranged for reservations of 14 nights or more. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £350, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. If no damage has been caused to the property, this deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay.
