Villa Ege

Villa Ege is a luxury and private villa in Kalkan's Kordere region, designed in a distinctive U-shape with a secluded pool at its centre. The pool has Roman-style steps and jacuzzi jets, providing a soothing experience. The villa features a stylish bedroom complete with a double jacuzzi, making it a perfect option for honeymooners or couples looking for a romantic retreat. 

Villa Ege offers enchanting sea views and sunsets, regarded as some of the finest in Kalkan. It is located only a 6-7 minute drive from the town centre, where various restaurants, shops, and beach clubs are available. Two nearby supermarkets, Sok and Migros Jet, can also be reached within a 5-6 minute walk.

Interiors

The villa is set on one floor. One side of the villa is an open-plan living area and kitchen, and the other side is the villa's double bedroom.

The modern and spacious living area has a comfy sofa, a wooden coffee table and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The kitchen features a dishwasher, kettle, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, oven, hob, and all the necessary utensils for a self-catering holiday. There is also a breakfast bar with two stools.

The villa's bedroom has an en-suite shower room, jacuzzi bath, bedside tables, vanity tables, and a wardrobe.

Sliding doors from the living space and bedroom provide easy access to the pool terrace.

Outdoors

Villa Ege's pool terrace is just heaven for enjoying Kalkan's unique sea views and sunsets. The pool in the middle has Roman steps and integrated jacuzzi jets. The terrace is completed with two sun loungers, a parasol, a hanging swing seat, two chairs, a side table, an al fresco dining table, and a BBQ.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before your arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be arranged for reservations of 14 nights or more. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £100, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. If no damage has been caused to the property, this deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay.

Things to Know

The villa's pool has a heating system. The heating fee is included in the price in the low season from 1st April to 30th May 2026 and from 1st October to 30th November 2026.

The final 250-350 metres of the road leading up to the villa is fairly steep and not asphalt. Therefore, if you are planning to hire a car; an SUV vehicle or a 4-wheel drive is recommended.
