Villa Elite

Villa Elite is a luxurious detached villa in the Ortaalan area of Kalkan, offering exceptional views of Kalkan Bay. The villa features five bedrooms, each with its en-suite bathroom. It has various amenities, such as a cinema room with a Samsung soundbar, fully automatic curtains, an indoor pool, a large outdoor pool with jacuzzi jets, a treadmill, a pool table and  table tennis. The villa's location is very convenient, as it's just a 15-minute walk from Kalkan town centre or a quick 4-minute drive to the nearby beach clubs. In addition, the property is close to two major supermarkets, Migros and Macro Center, on Kalamar Road, providing easy access to essential amenities.

Lower Ground Floor

This level is accessible by stairs from the ground floor. It features a cinema room equipped with a ViewSonic projection machine, a Samsung soundbar, and comfortable cinema seating. Additionally, there is an indoor pool with ladder-style steps (no heating system), a pool table, and a treadmill. The laundry room, which includes a washing machine, iron, ironing board, and clothes airer, can also be found on this floor. 

The first bedroom is located on this floor and it is a double room with an en-suite bathroom. Inside the room, there is a wardrobe, a vanity table, and bedside tables. A glass door leads out onto a terrace with a table and four chairs.

Ground Floor

The property is accessed through an entrance gate. Upon entering, you will be greeted by a large open-plan living area, a state-of-the-art kitchen to the left, and beautiful views out to the pool terrace and beyond. The living area has an L-shaped sofa set with a coffee table, further rattan seating with a coffee table, and a wall-mounted Smart TV with Netflix - Amazon Prime access. The kitchen features a fridge freezer, built-in electric oven and microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, sandwich toaster, coffee machine, water cooler and island unit with four stools. There is a dining table set for eight between the kitchen and living area. There is also a WC/cloakroom on this level.

First Floor

This level houses three bedrooms. To the right, just after the stairs, is a double room with an en-suite bathroom. The room has bedside tables, a vanity table, and a dressing room with an open wardrobe and a safe. The sliding glass doors lead out to the private balcony with a table and two chairs for enjoying the sea views.

In the middle, there is a twin room with an en-suite bathroom. It also has bedside tables, a vanity table, and a dressing room with an open wardrobe. The sliding glass doors lead out to the private balcony with a table and two chairs for enjoying the sea views. 

To the left, there is another double room with an en-suite bathroom. This room also features bedside tables, a vanity table, and a dressing room with an open wardrobe. The sliding glass doors lead out to the private balcony with a table and two chairs for enjoying the sea views.

Second/Rooftop Floor

The entire floor is dedicated to the master bedroom. The suite features a Jacuzzi bath, a wall-mounted smart TV, a vanity table, a dressing room with a wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom. Sliding glass doors lead to a private terrace with a table and two chairs offering stunning sea views.

Outdoors

The property's extensive pool terrace affords fantastic sea views. It features a sizeable pool with jacuzzi jets and a children's area. There are also sun loungers, parasols, shaded outdoor seating, and circular day beds. There is an al fresco dining table, a BBQ, and a table tennis set under a pergola. The property also has a private garage with an automatic door.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before your arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be arranged for reservations of 14 nights or more. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £500 which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. If no damage has been caused to the property, this deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay.

NOTE: The villa's indoor pool can be heated on request for an additional cost of £45 daily.
