Villa Fey is a recently updated stunning 4-bedroom property. The villa is decorated in a contemporary style and provides ample space for your group inside and outside. It also features a raised seating area with sea views.

Villa Fey is situated in the Ortaalan area, only a 15-20 minute stroll from the town centre of Kalkan, with restaurants, shops, and bars. And there is a supermarket nearby named Migros.

Ground Floor

The villa can be reached by descending steps from the street above, and the private garden provides a pathway to the front door via the gate.

Upon entering, the spacious living area features a generous L-shaped sofa alongside a wall-mounted Smart TV. A dining table with 5 chairs is integrated into the kitchen island, which includes a gas hob and an extractor fan. The chic and well-appointed kitchen has all the necessary appliances, such as a built-in electric oven and microwave, a large fridge freezer, a dishwasher, and a kettle. A water cooler and washing machine are also available under the stairs.

The 1st bedroom, a double room, along with an adjacent shower room, are situated on this level. The sliding glass doors open out to the pool terrace.

First Floor

There are two additional bedrooms on this floor.

Bedroom 2 is a double room with an en-suite shower room. The room has bedside tables, a vanity table, and wardrobes. The sliding glass doors open out to a shared balcony with a sofa, two armchairs, and a coffee table.

Bedroom 3 is a double room with an en-suite shower room. The room has bedside tables, a vanity table, and wardrobes. A glass door provides access to the shared balcony on one side of the room while sliding doors on the opposite side lead to an elevated seating area that offers sea views.

Second/Top Floor

The final bedroom is situated on this floor.

At the top of the staircase is a glass door that opens to the roof terrace, which features a cosy sofa set and offers views over the town towards Kalkan Bay.

Bedroom 4 is a double room with a basin and mirror inside the room. There is a separate WC with a door, and sliding glass doors lead to the 'in-room' shower. The room also has bedside tables, a vanity table, and wardrobes.

Outdoors

The villa is encircled by mature plants and trees that offer a level of privacy from neighbouring properties. The pool is shaped like a square with steps leading down into the water. There are 10 mesh sun loungers around the pool and grassy area, accompanied by side tables and two parasols. The covered elevated seating area features a dining table, eight chairs, and a built-in sofa with cushions. There is also a portable BBQ where you can enjoy al fresco dining.

The additional seating area with an L-shaped sofa set, elevated to provide sea views, is accessed by separate steps. A cantilevered parasol is also available if shade is required.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before guests' arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled for reservations of 14 nights or longer. If you require additional cleaning, please inform us at the time of booking or during your stay to be informed about the extra cleaning fee. Cleaning fees are applied per clean. An attendant cleans and maintains the pool and garden area daily.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. The deposit will be refunded during checkout if no damage has been caused to the property.
