Villa Greenscape is located in Kalamar region of Kalkan. The property has 7 bedrooms and sleeps up to 14 guests. Villa Greenscepe which is ideal for large families has a stunning sea view. You can relax in our villa's large private swimming pool while your are enjoying your drinks. In addition, you can spice up your holiday by relaxing in the open rooftop jacuzzi. Thanks to its prestigious location, it is easy to access to Kalamar Beach within a short walk. 

Note : The pool of the villa can be heated if requested. Pool heating fee is extra £60 daily.

6th Bedroom: Two single beds, an air conditioner, a bedside table, a wardrobe, a shared bathroom, and a toilet are provided.

7th Bedroom: Two single beds, an air conditioner, a bedside table, a wardrobe, a shared bathroom, and a toilet are provided.

Kitchen

Modern American kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, built-in oven, microwave oven, built-in 4-burner stove, electric kettle, toaster, 14-person dinnerware, pans, pots, cutlery, and so on.

Living room

Spacious and modern living room features plush furnitures, a coffee table, satellite receiver, TV, air conditioner, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, complimentary wifi. Sliding glass doors provides an easy access to the pool area.

Pool and Garden

There is a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, comfy sofas, a stone BBQ, a dining table. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £300 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
