Villa Greenwich

Villa Greenwich is a beautiful, modern 4-bedroom luxury villa located in the Kiziltas area of Kalkan. This holiday property offers amazing sea views from every floor, and has a large private swimming pool, and smart, modern furnishings throughout. Comfortably sleeping up to 8 guests, it is perfect for families or groups who want a quiet but stylish holiday in Kalkan.

The villa's design is defined by its elegant architecture and bright, airy atmosphere, featuring floor-to-ceiling glass windows that maximise the panoramic scenery of Kalkan Bay. Each of the 4 en-suite bedrooms benefits from direct sea vistas and has it own private balcony. The main open plan living area on the ground floor flows easily out onto the sun terrace, making it simple to move between the house and outside areas.

Although the villa is in a peaceful, quiet spot, it remains highly accessible. It's only about a 15-minute walk downhill to the town centre, or a quick 5-minute taxi ride. This convenient location means you are always close to the local shops, restaurants, bars, the weekly market, and the harbour area.

Ground Floor

The ground floor features a comfortable open-plan living area, a fully equipped kitchen/dining space, and a separate W/C.

The main living space is furnished with a large L-shaped sofa, a flat-screen TV, and includes the kitchen area separated by a breakfast bar with stool seating. The well-equipped kitchen features a water cooler, fridge freezer, wine fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, built-in oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and cafetière. The washing machine is located in a cupboard beneath the stairs. A separate cosy seating area with swivel armchairs is positioned adjacent to the breakfast bar. Glass sliding doors lead directly from the kitchen area onto the pool terrace.

A cloakroom and W/C are also available on this level.

First Floor

Stairs ascend to the first floor, which features a spacious landing with a comfortable seating area.

This level comprises 3 bedrooms, all with private en-suite shower rooms; two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom. Both double bedrooms offer spectacular sea view balconies, each furnished with a table and chairs. (Bedroom 1's balcony also features a stylish ‘egg’ chair.)

Second/Top Floor (Master Suite and Roof Terrace)

The entirety of the top floor is dedicated to Bedroom 4: the Master Bedroom suite, which features a double bed and a private en-suite shower room. This suite provides direct access to a furnished private roof terrace, complete with sun loungers, two comfortable rattan ‘egg’ chairs, and outstanding sea views.

Also on this level is a second, separately accessed roof terrace, which is not connected to the Master Suite. This area is designed for entertainment and relaxation, featuring a Jacuzzi, a comfortable outdoor seating group with a coffee table, and a bar area equipped with bar stools, a fridge, a coffee machine, glasses, and an ice bucket.

Outdoors

The expansive pool terrace features a large swimming pool accessed via Roman steps. Designed for exceptional outdoor living, the terrace has a spacious al-fresco dining area sheltered beneath a shady pergola. For relaxation, cushioned sun loungers and parasols are provided, and a separate, comfortable seating group is positioned at the edge of the pool deck, offering an ideal spot to unwind. A BBQ and a table tennis are also available, located to the side of the villa.

Things to Know

For stays of 1 week, standard cleaning is provided before arrival and after departure only, meaning no mid-stay service. For stay of 2 weeks, a complimentary mid-stay clean and fresh linen change is included

A security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be fully refunded at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property

The villa is accessed via a number of steps down from the road, so may not be suitable for guests with restricted mobility
