Villa Guney Exclusive is a stunningly modern and impressively spacious property situated on an elevated site at the quieter end of Kalkan, featuring direct access to approximately 50 meters of unspoiled shoreline and the sea. Nestled in the tranquil Kalamar area, the villa offers a beautiful, untamed natural ambience, with grounds that extend right down to the water's edge.

This magnificent villa includes several distinctive attributes, such as a private beach platform with a jetty that can be reached via a path leading directly from the pool terrace, an expansive infinity swimming pool, a separate jacuzzi area which provides plenty of relaxation options, and a shaded outdoor space that includes a pool table for entertainment. The villa's vast interiors and exteriors are undeniably impressive, featuring 5 bedrooms, each equipped with its bathroom to guarantee guests' utmost comfort and privacy. 

Villa Guney Exclusive is conveniently situated just a 6-7 minute drive from Kalkan town centre, making it easy to access local shops, restaurants, and bars.

1. Bedroom : Ground Floor, Twin beds(can be made into a double if requested), bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC.

2. Bedroom : First Floor, A double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, furnished sea-facing balcony bathroom and WC.

3. Bedroom : First Floor, Twin beds(can be made into a double if requested), bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, furnished sea-facing balcony, bathroom and WC.

4. Bedroom : Second Floor, A double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, sea-facing balcony, bathroom and WC. 

5. Bedroom : Second Floor, Twin beds(can be made into a double if requested), bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, Juliet balcony, bathroom and WC.

Living Room

The airy living area features an L-shape sofa, two wing chairs, pouf, a side table, air conditioning, flat screen TV(limited English channels), CD/DVD player, Bluetooth speaker, complimentary wifi and a WC. There is also a utility room including a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the pool area. 

Kitchen

The fully equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, Nespresso coffee machine, water dispenser, a round dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The expansive pool terrace features a private sizeable swimming pool, a seperate jacuzzi corner, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating, an al fresco dining table and a stone BBQ. A path is leading to private decked waterfront terrace with jetty from the pool terrace. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before your arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be arranged for reservations of 14 nights or more. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £500, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. If no damage has been caused to the property, this deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay.

Points to Note

Please note that the Turkish coastline is open to the public but access to this property can only come from the sea and is therefore most unlikely.

There are approximately 54 steps down to villa so it may be difficult for anyone who has difficulty with stairs.

The road leading up to the villa is an unmade track for the final 100 metres.

Preferred changeover days are Sundays.
