Villa Hillside 1 has been recently refurbished to an exceptionally high standard, providing a wonderful blend of beautiful outdoor spaces, elegant interiors, a spacious private pool with a Jacuzzi (which can also serve as a children's paddling pool), and breathtaking views of Kalkan Bay, Snake Island, and Mouse Island. Perched in an elevated location above Kalamar Bay, the villa features spectacular vistas from every level. Villa Hillside 1 features 4 bedrooms and can host up to 8 guests in a stylish setting.

Bedrooms

1. Bedroom: Ground Floor, A double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC.

2. Bedroom: Ground Floor, Twin beds, bedside table, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC.

3. Bedroom: First Floor, A double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, vanity table, jacuzzi, bathroom and WC.

4. Bedroom: Second/Top Floor, A double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, vanity table, freestanding bathtub, bathroom and WC. Please be aware that due to the bedroom being built into the roof eaves, some areas have limited ceiling height.

Living Room

The lounge area features an open-plan design with direct entry to the pool and dining terraces through sliding glass doors that reach from floor to ceiling. It is furnished with comfortable sofas, an armchair, a flat-screen TV offering satellite channels and a DVD player, a dining table, and a separate WC.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, and all necessary utensils for a self-catering experience.

Terrace and Pool

The villa features a large infinity pool on the pool terrace, including a separate Jacuzzi section for guests to relax. The pool terrace has comfortable sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating, a swing, an al fresco dining table, and a stone BBQ. An attendant cleans and maintains the pool and garden area daily.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before guests' arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled for reservations of 14 nights or longer. If you require additional cleaning, please inform us at the time of booking or during your stay to be informed about the extra cleaning fee. Cleaning fees are applied per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £250, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. The deposit will be refunded during checkout if no damage has been caused to the property.
