Villa Hyperion is situated in the Kordere neighbourhood. This lovely villa has 4 bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests, making it perfect for summer holidays.

For additional enjoyment, there's a jacuzzi in one of the double bedrooms, a private outdoor pool, and a spacious garden with fun activities. You can also enjoy meals outside in a large dining area sheltered by a pergola.

Plus, Villa Hyperion is located just a short 5 to 10-minute drive from the centre of Kalkan, where you can find bars, shops and restaurants. Note: The indoor pool of the villa can be heated on request for an additional cost of 1000 TL per day.

Living Room

The contemporary living space features a comfortable sofa set, a coffee table, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. There's also a separate utility room containing a washing machine and an iron and ironing board for your laundry needs. You can easily access the pool area through sliding glass doors.

Kitchen

The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need, including a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, and all the necessary utensils for cooking your meals. There's also a dining table that seats up to 6 people, making it easy to enjoy meals together.

Terrace and Pool

The large pool area boasts a stunning private infinity swimming pool with a shallow part, perfect for relaxing. The terrace is nicely furnished with plenty of sun loungers, parasols, comfy swing seats, a cosy outdoor seating area, an outdoor dining space, and a BBQ. An attendant takes care of the cleaning and maintenance of the pool and garden area every day.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before your arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be arranged for reservations of 14 nights or more. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £150, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. If no damage has been caused to the property, this deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay.

Important Note

Please note that access to this property is steep and not asphalt in the last 700-800 metres. Therefore, an SUV vehicle is recommended.
