Villa Imperial

Situated in an elevated position, Villa Imperial is located in Ortaalan, one of Kalkan's most popular areas. It is only a 4-5 minute drive or a 15-20 minute walk to the centre of Kalkan town, beaches and restaurants. The property features 5 bedrooms, accommodating up to 10 guests, with stunning views of Kalkan Bay from each room.

This luxurious villa is designed in a contemporary style and includes spacious living areas and an expansive outdoor space. The outdoor pool terrace features a sizeable infinity pool where you can enjoy the enchanting vistas.

The villa features an additional heated indoor pool, treadmill, gym equipment, and a table tennis table.

Lower Ground Floor

The lower ground floor, accessible via the main staircase leading to the villa, features an indoor swimming pool and a range of gym equipment, which includes a treadmill, exercise bike, and a selection of dumbbells.

The sliding doors provide access to a spacious outdoor terrace with built-in seating, comfortable cushions, two sun loungers, and a table tennis table.

Ground Floor

The open-plan living area is furnished with two sofas and armchairs arranged around a coffee table and a flat-screen TV that provides access to streaming services such as Prime and Netflix. Additionally, a PlayStation 4 is available for recreational use, along with a portable speaker that allows for the enjoyment of music indoors and outdoors.

The modern and stylish kitchen features a fridge freezer, gas hob, built-in microwave and oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and all the other utensils required during your stay. A large dining table accommodating 8 guests is adjacent to the kitchen area, and sliding doors provide access to the pool terrace. 

There is a WC and a small utility room under the stairs on this level, which houses the washing machine.

First Floor

This floor houses 3 bedrooms: one master double, one double, and one twin.

Bedroom 1 is a twin room with a glass partitioned en-suite shower room. The room has bedside tables, a vanity table, and wardrobes.

Bedroom 2 is a double room with an en-suite shower room. The room has bedside tables, a vanity table, and wardrobes.

• Bedrooms 1 and 2 share a balcony with two chairs and a side table.

Bedroom 3 is the master double room with an en-suite shower room with double basins and a picture window fitted with a blind to ensure privacy. The room has bedside tables, a vanity table, wardrobes, an armchair, and a TV. The sliding glass doors open out to a private balcony with two chairs and a coffee table.

Second/Top Floor:

The second floor has two bedrooms, and they have access to the roof terrace, which is furnished with two sun loungers to allow some relaxation in peace and tranquillity, as well as plush outdoor seating.

Bedroom 4 is a double room with an en-suite shower room a freestanding bathtub. The room has bedside tables, a vanity table, and wardrobes.

Bedroom 5 is a double room with an en-suite shower room. The room has bedside tables, a vanity table, a small fridge and wardrobes.

Outdoors

Villa Imperial features a remarkable infinity pool with a shallow area that houses 'in-pool' sun loungers. The pool area has 8 sun loungers, complemented by parasols, while 12 sun loungers are available for use. The property also offers a built-in seating area, a coffee table, a built-in BBQ and an al-fresco dining area that comfortably accommodates 8 guests. 

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before guests' arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled for reservations of 14 nights or longer. If you require additional cleaning, please inform us at the time of booking or during your stay to be informed about the extra cleaning fee. Cleaning fees are applied per clean. An attendant cleans and maintains the pool and garden area daily.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £300, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. The deposit will be refunded during checkout if no damage has been caused to the property.

Things to Know

The outdoor and indoor pools of the villa can be heated upon request at an additional cost. The indoor pool is £20 per day, and the outdoor pool is £30 per day.

Please be aware that numerous steps throughout the villa may pose challenges for individuals with limited mobility.
