Villa in the Sky

Villa in the Sky is a contemporary property with 5 bedrooms for up to 12 guests. It is located in an elevated position above Kalkan in the Akbel area. It is approximately a 5-minute drive from Kalkan town centre.

The exceptional location provides breathtaking views, encompassing the town and the captivating turquoise waters of Kalkan Bay, and it extends to the horizon of the Mediterranean Sea, framed by the majestic Taurus mountains. 

This villa provides ample space and ensures privacy, making it a favourable choice for families and groups vacationing together.

Ground Floor

The living area features an open-plan design with air conditioning and marble floors. The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped, including a fridge freezer, built-in microwave, electric oven, gas hob with extractor fan, dishwasher, sandwich toaster, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, and water cooler. An integral breakfast bar with 3 bar stools is also available. Adjacent to this area is the dining table, accompanied by 8 chairs.

The lounge area features two large L-shaped sofas with an integral chaise longue arranged around a coffee table. A flat-screen satellite TV provides access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, and Premier League Football. Additionally, there is a DVD player accompanied by a selection of DVDs, children's board games, cards, and Apple TV.

The floor-to-ceiling sliding patio windows on this level maximize panoramic views and provide access to the pool area through external steps. The terrace features a dining table that seats 10, accompanied by a portable BBQ and a cantilevered parasol for shade. A swing seat and a sofa set with chairs arranged around a coffee table also offer amazing views of Kalkan Bay. 

First Floor

There are two bedrooms on this level. 

Bedroom 1 is a double room with an en-suite shower room. The room has a vanity table, bedside tables, wardrobes, and a Juliette balcony.

Bedroom 2 is the first master double room with an en-suite shower and jacuzzi bath. The room has bedside tables, a vanity table, and wardrobes. The sliding glass doors open out to a private balcony with two chairs and a coffee table.

Second Floor

This floor features a second master bedroom located under the eaves.

Bedroom 3 is the second master double room with an en-suite shower room. The room has bedside tables, a vanity table, wardrobes, a wall-mounted TV, a small fridge, and an in-room jacuzzi bath. The sliding glass doors open out to a private balcony with two sun loungers beneath a pergola.

Lower Ground Floor

There are two bedrooms on this level. 

Bedroom 4 is a double room with an en-suite shower room. The room has a vanity table, bedside tables, wardrobes, and a wall-mounted TV.

Bedroom 5 is a twin room with an en-suite shower room. The room has a vanity table, bedside tables, wardrobes, and an armchair.

This level also has a utility room with a washing machine, clothes airer, washing basket, iron, and ironing board.

Outdoors

The expansive private infinity pool features built-in steps for convenient access and a separate Jacuzzi section with seating. This design allows guests to enjoy breathtaking views. There are also 8 sun loungers with drinks tables under the large pergola by the pool. An outside shower is located at the rear of the villa.

The lower terrace features a table tennis table, accessed via external steps adjacent to the pool or directly from the lower ground floor bedrooms. 

A games room has been added to the lower terrace, featuring a sofa and chairs. Access to this room is via sliding doors, including a treadmill, an exercise bike, and yoga and Pilates equipment. Additionally, a large smart TV provides Premier League Football, a PS4 gaming console, table football, a dart board, and a selection of board games.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before guests' arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled for reservations of 14 nights or longer. If you require additional cleaning, please inform us at the time of booking or during your stay to be informed about the extra cleaning fee. Cleaning fees are applied per clean. An attendant cleans and maintains the pool and garden area daily.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. The deposit will be refunded during checkout if no damage has been caused to the property.

Things to Know

The villa's pool can be heated upon request at an additional cost of 1750 TL per day.

The property provides a cot and a fold-out bed that can be added to any of the bedrooms; however, limiting the occupancy to 12 guests is preferred to ensure optimal comfort.
