Nestled in the tranquil Kalamar Bay area, Villa Jibreel is a beautifully renovated, 5 bedroom villa offering an exquisite escape for families and groups. Spread over four floors, this stunning property boasts breathtaking sea views from most levels, a generously sized private swimming pool (which can be heated for an additional charge), a chic al fresco dining terrace, and a spectacular panoramic roof terrace. Elegantly furnished and decorated throughout, Villa Jibreel is the epitome of a peaceful yet sophisticated getaway.

Access to the villa is convenient, with an off-road parking space at the front. Gated steps lead down through a delightful front garden, brimming with a variety of plants and trees, to the main entrance.

Ground Floor - Entrance Level

Step into a welcoming hallway and lounge area as you enter Villa Jibreel. To your right, the stylish lounge is bathed in natural light, thanks to its floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that perfectly frame the captivating sea views. Comfortably appointed with two sofas, two armchairs, coffee tables, and a pouffe, it's an ideal spot for relaxation.

For your entertainment, a 4K smart TV with a Firestick provides access to international channels, Netflix, and YouTube. A charming small balcony, just off the lounge, offers a delightful setting for your morning coffee at its bistro-style table and chairs.

Adjacent to the lounge, another set of sliding doors opens onto the spacious dining terrace. Here, a large marble-topped table comfortably seats ten guests, perfect for unforgettable al fresco meals with a view. A pergola overhead provides ample shade. A convenient WC with a basin is also located just off the lounge area.

The separate, modern kitchen, situated behind the lounge and hallway, also opens onto the dining terrace through elegant French windows. Fully equipped, it includes a large fridge-freezer, oven and hob with extractor fan, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, and an espresso coffee machine – everything you need for a comfortable self-catering stay.

From the hallway, steps lead down to the lower pool level and up to the first floor accommodation.

Pool Level

This level features a useful corridor with storage cupboards and a modern family shower room, shared by both bedrooms. A side door from the corridor provides direct access to the pool terrace.

Double Bedroom: The villa's largest bedroom is a spacious haven with a king-size bed and padded headboard, bedside tables, a double wardrobe, and a vanity unit with an LED-lit mirror. A small desk offers a quiet workspace, ideal for guests needing to work during their stay. Above the desk, a 4K Smart TV with Firestick provides access to international channels, Netflix, and YouTube. Double sliding glass doors on two sides open directly onto the pool terrace, seamlessly blending indoor comfort with outdoor living.

Twin/King Bedroom: This versatile room offers twin single beds that can be effortlessly configured as a king-size bed upon request. Furnished with a double wardrobe, bedside table, and vanity unit, the room also boasts large sliding glass doors leading straight onto the pool terrace.

First Floor

Master Bedroom: This elegant room features a double bed with a padded headboard, bedside tables, a triple wardrobe with an integrated vanity unit and mirror, and an armchair. The en-suite shower room adds to your comfort and privacy. Step out onto your private balcony, complete with a bistro-style table and chairs, and soak in the stunning sea views.

Double Bedroom: Furnished with a double bed, padded headboard, bedside tables, a double wardrobe, and a vanity unit, this bedroom also benefits from a private en-suite bathroom. The room opens onto its own private balcony with captivating sea views, furnished with a bistro table and chairs. A large, jeweller-style safe is securely located in this room.

Stairs lead up from the first floor to the top floor.

Top Floor - Kitchenette & Laundry Area

This level features a convenient kitchenette with an under-counter fridge – perfect for keeping drinks chilled for sunset refreshments on the roof terrace. A washing machine and drying rack are also provided for guest use.

Twin Bedroom: The twin bedroom on this level is bright and inviting, furnished with two single beds, a chest of drawers with a mirror above, and built-in sliding cupboards. A large picture window offers wonderful views across Kalamar Bay (note: the window includes a child-safety feature for added peace of mind).

Shower Room: A separate shower room is conveniently located next to the twin bedroom.

Roof Terrace

Accessed via a door from the kitchenette, the roof terrace is undoubtedly a highlight of the villa. Enjoy panoramic sea views from the comfort of a large L-shaped sofa and coffee table, shaded by a stylish pergola. You'll also find two sunbeds for lounging and a bistro-style table and chairs – perfect for evening drinks under the stars.

Outdoors

The spacious freshwater pool features a graduated depth and Roman steps in the corner, providing easy access for all ages. Around the pool, you'll discover ten sunbeds, ideal for soaking up the sun, as well as a shaded lounge area furnished with comfortable sofas, armchairs, and a coffee table – perfect for relaxing out of the midday heat. Guests can enjoy a game of table football, refresh themselves under the outdoor shower, or cook up a feast on the freestanding BBQ. Pool heating is available during the cooler months, if required (a separate charge applies).

Traditional stone walls and pretty decorative panels provide a sense of privacy, while mature plants and trees in the surrounding flower beds add a lush, tranquil feel. Stone steps lead up from the pool terrace to the villa's main entrance.
