Villa Jonathan

We are thrilled to add this amazing 5-bedroom villa to our 2025 selection. Villa Jonathan is located in the Kalamar region of Kalkan and features a spacious and contemporary design, both internally and externally.

The villa features an extensive pool terrace with lots of space for sunbathing, a table tennis table and a table football. It offers beautiful sea views, especially on the upper floors. 

Villa Jonathan is only a short walk to the beach clubs in Kalamar Bay, such as Kalamar, Lures, and Kulube Beach Clubs. The restaurants and a supermarket on Kalamar Road are within a 5-minute walk as well.

Ground Floor

The entrance door leads into an open-plan living area. The kitchen is equipped with a built-in microwave, separate oven and gas hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, toaster, and kettle. There is also a dining table that accommodates 8 people. The living area includes a sofa, two armchairs, a large flat-screen TV with English-speaking channels, and a DVD player. The sliding glass doors lead directly to the pool terrace.

This level also features the property's first bedroom, which has sliding glass doors that open to the pool terrace.

Bedroom 1 is a double room with bedside tables, a vanity table, and a wardrobe. The shower room is next door to this bedroom and also functions as a cloakroom for this level.

First Floor

This floor houses three spacious double bedrooms.

Bedroom 2(Blue room) is a double room with an en-suite shower room. The room has bedside tables, a vanity table, and a wardrobe. This bedroom has a private balcony overlooking the mountains.

Bedroom 3(Purple room) is a double room with an en-suite shower room. The room has bedside tables, a vanity table, and a wardrobe. The bedroom features a semi-circular picture window offering fantastic views of Kalamar Bay and a private balcony with two chairs.

Bedroom 4(Pink room) is a double room with an en-suite shower room. The room has bedside tables, a vanity table, and a wardrobe. This bedroom has a sea-viewed private balcony with two chairs.

Second Floor

Bedroom 5 is a twin room with bedside tables, a vanity table, and a wardrobe. 

The shower room for this bedroom is located directly across the landing, which also features a utility space containing a washing machine, an ironing board, an iron, and a drying rack. 

The sliding glass doors open out to the roof terrace. The terrace features a large sofa and chairs arranged around a coffee table, providing a space to enjoy the views. It is ideal for relaxation before going into town for dinner.

Outdoors

The villa can be reached by stone steps leading through a metal gate from the peaceful street below. The pool area boasts 10 sun loungers and 3 parasols around a sizable freshwater pool, which has a ladder on one end and steps on the other for access. A large dining table with 8 chairs is situated under a pergola for al fresco meals, and a gas BBQ is provided for guests. Furthermore, a spacious sofa and two armchairs are arranged around a coffee table beneath the villa's covered eaves. There is also a table tennis table and a table football.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before your arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be arranged for reservations of 14 nights or more. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn the additional cleaning fee. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. If no damage has been caused to the property, this deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay.
