Villa Kayra

Villa Kayra, perched high on the hillside overlooking Kalkan and situated alongside a few similar properties, this magnificent family villa offers a spacious, elegant, and exceptionally designed living space with stunning bay views. It underwent some minor refurbishments in the design and furnishings of the 2024 season. 

The villa features 6 well-appointed bedrooms and expansive windows, allowing stunning panoramic views upon waking up. Every bedroom features its own en suite shower room and has access to a balcony or roof terrace; a few come with a dressing area, and one includes a Jacuzzi bath, while the master suite located on the top floor is equipped with a TV and an in-room double Jacuzzi bath. 

Villa Kayra also shines outdoors with its spacious jacuzzi next to the stunning infinity pool, along with a pergola and a bar by the pool. The villa also contains a table tennis table, pool table, football table, and hammock. These amenities provide options for recreational activities and relaxation.

Villa Kayra is just a 5-minute taxi drive from Kalkan's town centre, beaches, roof-top restaurants and harbour.

Ground Floor

The bright living room is fronted by large glass windows, which frame the sea views and allow direct access to the terrace. This room has a seating group, a wall-mounted TV, a Bluetooth music speaker, and a separate WC.

The contemporary kitchen sits beside the living room, arranged in one ample open-plan space. This kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, kettle, fridge, oven, hob, extractor fan, and all the utensils and dinnerware required for a self-catering stay. There is a lovely indoor dining area between kitchen and living area.

This floor also contains a utility room with a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Bedroom 1 is a double room with an en-suite shower room. The room has bedside tables, an armchair, vanity tables, wardrobes, and a TV.

First Floor

Bedroom 2 is a double room with an en-suite shower room. The room has bedside tables, vanity tables, and wardrobes. The sliding glass doors open out to a private balcony.

Bedroom 3 is a double room with an en-suite shower and jacuzzi bath. The room has bedside tables, vanity tables, and wardrobes. The sliding glass doors open out to a shared balcony.

Bedroom 4 is a twin room with an en-suite shower room. The room has bedside tables, vanity tables, and wardrobes. The sliding glass doors open out to a shared balcony.

Second/Top Floor

Bedroom 5 is a master double room with an en-suite shower room. The room has bedside tables, vanity tables, wardrobes, a TV, and a double jacuzzi bath. The sliding glass doors open out to a shared balcony.

Bedroom 6 is a twin room with an en-suite shower room. The room has bedside tables, vanity tables, and wardrobes. The sliding glass doors open out to a shared balcony.

Outdoors

At the front and side of the villa, there is an impressive pool terrace featuring a spacious infinity pool and a built-in jacuzzi where younger children can splash around. At the back of the terrace, you'll find a long alfresco dining space equipped with a bar and stools, a sizable corner seating arrangement, and an outdoor dining table complete with a built-in BBQ. For sunbathing, plenty of sun loungers and a hammock are available, and our guests are invited to enjoy the available games as well.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before your arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be arranged for reservations of 14 nights or more. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £250, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. If no damage has been caused to the property, this deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay.

NOTES

The pool of the villa can be heated on request at additional cost of £50 per day.

Please note that there are 35 steps up from the parking area to the property; therefore, It may not be suitable for guests with walking difficulties.
