Villa Ketchy is ideally located in Kisla area of Kalkan. The villa has 7 en-suite bedrooms and accommpdate up to 14 guests. The property is decorated to an extremely high quality and provides a wonderful setting for your holiday in Kalkan. There are stunning views of Kalkan Bay especially sunsets from every level of the villa and by Kalkan standards, it is a relatively flat walk into Kalkan. Conveniently, there is a shop and restaurants close by and both Mahal Beach Club and the Kalkan Beach Park are both within easy access of the villa. Kalkan town centre, beaches and other amenities are just couple of drive or 15-20 minute walk from the villa.

Living Room

Open plan living area has plenty of space including comfy sofas, armchairs, coffee table, flat secreen TV, air conditioning and complimentary internet. A utility room is also situated in the ground floor including iron, ironing board, washing and drying machines. Sliding glass doors open up to pool terrace.

Kitchen

The modern and stylish open plan kitchen has high quality appliances including fridge freezer, dishwasher, water dispenser, ice maker, kettle, microwave, oven, hob, dining table and plenty other utensils required for a self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The spacious terrace features a large infinity pool with Roman steps for entry, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating area, al fresco dining area and BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Things to Know

The prices listed below are based on an occupancy of 12 guests, plus up to 2 children under the age of 3 (the villa’s maximum capacity is 14). For the 13th or 14th guest aged 5 and above, an additional charge of £15 per person per night will apply.

For stays of 1 week, standard cleaning is provided before arrival and after departure only, meaning no mid-stay service. For stay of 2 weeks, a complimentary mid-stay clean and fresh linen change is included

A security deposit of £200 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be fully refunded at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property

Daily Housekeeping: This service includes tidying the rooms and kitchen area but does not include changing bed linen or towels. It can be arranged upon request for an additional £100

Extra Cleaning: A full cleaning of the villa, including fresh bed linen and towels, can be arranged upon request for an additional £200

The villa's pool can be heated upon request for an additional cost of £200 per week during the 2026 season
