Villa Kevic

Villa Kevic is a beautifully refurbished property located in the heart of Kalkan, just a stone's throw away from the harbor beach, restaurants and shops of Kalkan Old Town. This stylish villa hs 4 en-suite bedrooms, each with a private balcony offering stunning sea views. The top floor features a well-equipped kitchenette, complete with a basin, dishwasher and drinks fridge, as well as a separate cloakroom with WC and basin. The roof terrace offers a delightful setting with a large marble dining table under a pergola, accompanied by a built-in fireplace. From here, you can sover scenic views of Kalkan Bay, Mouse and Snake Islands. Inside, the villa offers a lovely and elegant living space with a fireplace, a dining area with a marble dining table and a fully equipped kitchen. Outside of the villa, the pool terrace is a perfect place to relax and take in the stunning sea views, complete with a private pool, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating, and an al fresco dining area. Villa Kevic also features a pool table that is placed on the left side of the property.

3. Bedroom : A double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC. Situated on the second floor.

4. Bedroom : A double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC. Situated on the second floor.

Living Room

The living room includes plush sofa set, air conditioning, wall mounted flat screen TV, coffee table, iron, ironing board, fireplace with a wood burner and complimentary wifi. Sliding doors provide easy access to pool area.

Kitchen

Stylishly designed kitchen features a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, oven, hob, dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace includes private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, pool table, outdoor seating, al fresco dining area and BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £500 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
