Villa Komurluk

We are delighted to add Villa Komurluk to our range of properties in the sought-after Komurluk area of Kalkan for the 2025 season.

The villa features 3 en-suite bedrooms, spacious interiors, an expansive pool terrace, and breathtaking sea views of Kalkan Bay.

Villa Komurluk is located 100 metres from the sea, within a 3-minute walk to multiple beach clubs, including Zest, Palm, and Denizim Beach Clubs. The centre of Kalkan town is approximately a 10-12 minute walk from the villa.

Access to the property is via a gate from the street above, followed by steps leading to the front door at the villa's side.

Lower Ground Floor

This floor houses 2 bedrooms;

Bedroom 1 is a twin with an en-suite shower room, bedside tables, vanity tables, a wardrobe, and a glass door that leads to the lower terrace.

Bedroom 2 is a double room with a dressing area and an en-suite shower room accessed via several steps. The room has bedside tables, vanity tables, and wardrobes. Sliding doors provide access to the seating area and a coffee table on the lower covered terrace.

Ground Floor/Entrance Level

The lounge area includes a sofa, an armchair, a spacious glass coffee table, and a TV mounted on the wall. This bright and open room also features a desk and a chair, along with glass doors that open to the pool terrace, offering stunning sea views.

The kitchen is fully equipped for all your needs, offering amenities such as a dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, fridge freezer, water cooler, microwave, toaster, oven, and hob.

The well-equipped kitchen has a fridge freezer, an electric hob with an extractor fan, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a microwave, an electric oven, a toaster, a kettle and a water cooler. The kitchen space has a circular table accompanied by 4 chairs, offering beautiful views of Kalkan Bay through the windows.

An additional shower, a WC, and a hand basin are also available for guests on this floor.

First Floor

The entire floor is dedicated to the master bedroom( 3rd Bedroom ). It features a separate dressing area with ample wardrobe storage and an en-suite shower room equipped with double sinks. The private balcony is generously sized, featuring comfortable seating and offering stunning views of the bay.

Second Floor/Roof Terrace

The staircase provides access to a glass door that opens onto the roof terrace, which features seating arrangements. This area is an ideal relaxing spot, allowing guests to enjoy a drink while taking in the sunset views over the bay.

Outdoors

The infinity pool features Roman steps that lead gracefully into the water, providing stunning views that extend towards the islands. Surrounding the pool are 6 sun loungers, accompanied by 3 side tables and 3 parasols for shade. Additionally, a comfortable seating area with a coffee table is available nearby. On the side of the villa is a dining table with 6 chairs and a portable BBQ.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before your arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be arranged for reservations of 14 nights or more. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £300, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. If no damage has been caused to the property, this deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay.

NOTE: If you are travelling as a larger group and would like more than one property nearby, Villa Komurluk is situated next to the 4-Bedroom Villa Serendipity, and close to the 4-Bedroom Villa Afsana, and the 4-Bedroom Villa Setara.
