Villa Lapis is a stunning luxury villa located in the sought after Kalamar area of Kalkan. Perched high above Kalamar Bay, this remarkable property boasts panoramic sea views that are truly breathtaking. Just a 20-25 minute walk, or a short 5-minute drive, brings you to Kalkan town centre, local restaurants, and the popular beach clubs.

This spacious villa features five beautifully designed en-suite bedrooms, offering comfort and privacy for families and groups. The stylish open-plan living area includes a contemporary lounge, dining space, and a modern fully equipped kitchen. Large sliding glass doors flood the villa with natural light and open directly onto the expansive pool terrace.

Outside, Villa Lapis offers the perfect setting for relaxation and entertaining. The impressive private swimming pool includes a shallow section and integrated jacuzzi, making it ideal for families with children. Sun loungers, parasols, and sunbathing platforms provide plenty of space to unwind, while shaded seating areas offer a cool retreat during the hottest hours of the day. You can also enjoy al fresco dining at the covered outdoor table, complete with a barbecue; perfect for enjoying long summer evenings with uninterrupted sea views.

3. Bedroom: Twin Beds, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, TV, bathroom and WC. Situated on the first floor.

4. Bedroom: A double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, TV, bathroom and WC. Situated on the first floor.

5. Bedroom: A double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, TV, bathroom and WC. Situated on the second/top floor.

Living Room

The living room features comfortable sofa sets, a coffee table, air conditioning, flat screen TV, iron, ironing board and complimentary wifi. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the pool area.

Kitchen

The kitchen features a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, island unit, round dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a private swimming pool with an integrated jacuzzi area, sun loungers, sunbathing platforms, shaded outdoor seatings, a daybed, shaded al fresco dining table and a BBQ Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
