Villa Lavaya

Villa Lavaya is a luxurious 6/7 bedroom villa overlooking Kalamar and Kalkan Bay and was fully renovated for the 2021 season. The villa accommodates up to 14 guests and offers ample indoor and outdoor space for relaxation and entertaining. The modern glass facade with stone walls provides a beautiful transition between the interior and exterior, creating an impressive atmosphere. The interior spaces are elegantly furnished with contemporary decor and feature marble floors, enhancing the luxurious ambience. The exterior features two enticing infinity pools with a unique waterfall feature, a large dining and games area, plus abundant places to relax whilst admiring the view.

Lower Ground Floor

The lower ground floor can be reached via steps leading from the pool terrace. It has a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a fully equipped gym, and a media room with a 65'' TV and Xbox. Media Room includes an en-suite bathroom and can alternatively function as a 7th bedroom to accommodate 2 older children or teenagers if needed. There is a fridge in the room as well.

Ground Floor

The modern open-plan ground floor has a living area, fully equipped kitchen, dining area and reading area. The lounge features a comfortable and elegant sofa set, coffee table, 75'' wall-mounted flat-screen TV and soundbar. Sliding glass doors connect the indoor and outdoor spaces to the poolside terrace. 

There is a spacious double with an en-suite bathroom, which is conveniently located on this floor. There is also a utility room with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. A WC is also provided on this level. The sliding doors at the back open onto the games area, equipped with a pool table, table tennis, and darts board.

First Floor

On the first floor are three en-suite bedrooms: a double, a twin (which can be converted into a double on request) and the master bedroom suite. All bedrooms have furnished balconies with panoramic views. The master bedroom has glass doors that open onto a private terrace with a luxurious rattan sofa set and two swing chairs. In addition, the master suite features a spacious private jacuzzi that connects to a plunge pool with a distinctive waterfall feature cascading into the main pool below.

Second Floor

The second floor features a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and offers incredible views from the 180° balcony.

Outdoors

The outdoor area includes an alfresco dining area and BBQ, cushioned seating areas, sun loungers, parasols, hanging rattan swing chairs and double day beds - all strategically placed on the expansive terraces to enjoy the breathtaking sea views fully. The villa has exceptional amenities, including two swimming pools, an entertainment/games area and an outdoor bar. The saltwater infinity pool is vast, and guests can enjoy stunning views of the Mouse and Snake Islands, particularly awe-inspiring at sunset. The pool features a shallow section for children as well.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before guests' arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled for reservations of 14 nights or longer. If you require additional cleaning, please inform us at the time of booking or during your stay to be informed about the extra cleaning fee. Cleaning fees are applied per cleaning.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £500, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. The deposit will be refunded during checkout if no damage has been caused to the property.

Notes

The pools( both ) can be heated at an additional cost upon request. Please ask during booking.

The 13th and 14th guests would be accommodated on the double sofa bed in the media room, which is suitable for older children or young teens but may not be ideal for adults.

The lower ground floor bedroom(s) would not be suitable for unaccompanied young children. Although it is within the secure circumference of the property, it has separate access from the main house.
