This villa is positioned just above the second footbridge, only an 8-10 minute stroll or a quick 3-minute drive from the town centre, where you can find various restaurants, shops, and beach clubs. 

The villa contains 4 comfortable bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for 8 guests. It is particularly suitable for large families or groups of friends looking for a shared holiday experience. Villa Leo is unparalleled in its spaciousness, featuring a generous living area, a kitchen, a dining area, and ample outdoor space.

The kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, oven, hob, dining table and all the utensils required during your self-catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The patio terrace has a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, a swing seat, a pergola-shaded al fresco dining table and a stone BBQ.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before your arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be arranged for reservations of 14 nights or more. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn the additional cleaning fee. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £150, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. If no damage has been caused to the property, this deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay.
