Villa Likya Ege

Villa Likya Ege is a recently restored 3-bedroom, 4-bathroom villa located in the Lykia Estate area of Kalkan. It features a private swimming pool and a roof terrace where you can admire the most beautiful vistas of Kalkan Bay. Thanks to its prime location, the villa is just a 7-minute walk from the town centre, providing easy access to various restaurants, shops, and bars. The supermarkets, such as Migros and Macro Center on Kalamar Road, are within a 4-5 minute walk.

Ground Floor

Upon passing through the arched gateway with an intercom button, individuals proceed along the path leading to the villa's entrance door, located on the side of the property within the mature walled garden.

Upon entering, the upper level of the open-plan living area features a kitchen equipped with a central island. This area transitions to a circular glass dining table accompanied by 6 chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge freezer, built-in microwave, electric oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, water cooler, and all essential utensils required for self-catering.

A chaise-long sofa is positioned down several steps, accompanied by two 'bubble' armchairs arranged around a coffee table. A Smart TV is mounted on the wall above the feature fireplace.

The area beneath the staircase contains a shower room equipped with a WC and basin. Adjacent to it is a cupboard with a washing machine available for guest use.

First Floor

The two double bedrooms are located on this floor, accessible via a wooden staircase featuring glass and wood bannisters.

Bedroom 1 is a double room with an en-suite shower room. The room has bedside tables, a vanity table, and a wardrobe. This bedroom also has a rear balcony with a sofa and two chairs positioned around a coffee table.

Bedroom 2 is a 4-poster double room with an en-suite shower room. The room has bedside tables, a padded bench, a vanity table, a wardrobe, a wall-mounted TV, and a private balcony with two chairs and a side table.

Second Floor

This level houses the villa's master bedroom, located beneath the property's eaves.

Bedroom 3 is a king-size double room with an en-suite shower room. The room has bedside tables, a vanity table, and a built-in wardrobe.

This bedroom provides access to the roof terrace through a glass door, which offers enchanting views of the harbour and Kalkan Bay. The roof terrace has a large L-shaped sofa with a side table, a coffee table, and a parasol for shade. The terrace also features a kitchenette equipped with a stone sink and a small fridge.

Outdoors

The villa includes a good-sized pool with a step leading into a shallow area for access on the side of the property. Six sun loungers are situated by the pool, down a few steps to the lower terrace.

The lower terrace features a large parasol, a small two-seater sofa, and a larger sofa accompanied by two stools arranged around a high coffee table. This setup provides an area suitable for outdoor dining or relaxation with a book and a beverage. The raised terrace by the pool features steps leading up to it, along with a built-in sofa with cushions and a coffee table, allowing for views of the sea between the villas and gardens. A portable BBQ is also available, along with a poolside shower.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before your arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be arranged for reservations of 14 nights or more. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn the additional cleaning fee. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. If no damage has been caused to the property, this deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay.
