Villa Limon is situated in a prime location, overlooking Kalkan. It's just a quick 5-minute drive to the town center, restaurants, shops, and beach clubs. You can also reach the nearest market within a leisurely 8-9 minute walk. The property has 4 en-suite bedrooms. Two of the double bedrooms have jacuzzi bath. The interiors are stylish and the living room offers a perfect views of Kalkan Bay, along with an open plan kitchen. The pool terrace is spacious and perfect for relaxing, with a private swimming pool, lush garden and an al fresco dining area complete with a kitchenette.

Spacious living room includes comfortable furnitures, poufs, air conditioning, wall mounted flat screen TV, coffee table, iron, ironing board, complimentary wifi. Sliding doors provide easy access to pool area.

Kitchen

Open plan kitchen features a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, oven, hob, dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace with lush garden area has private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, shaded outdoor seating, al fresco dining area, kitchenette and BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
