Villa Lion

We're delighted to share the exciting news that Villa Lion will exclusively feature in our portfolio for the upcoming 2026 season! Villa Lion is situated on the peaceful hillside of Kalkan's Ortaalan district. This spacious property features six bedrooms, six bathrooms, an expansive terrace, a pool area, and a lower lawn that extends towards the front, offering stunning views of the Taurus Mountains. The villa's elegant neutral décor, abundant natural light, and generous living spaces offer sophisticated and comfortable accommodations for up to 12 guests.

You can easily reach the town centre, restaurants, bars, and shops with a quick 3-4 minute drive or a 15-minute stroll. The nearest supermarket, Migros Supermarket, is just a 10-minute walk from the villa, and the beach clubs are also within a 20-minute walk.

Lower Ground Floor

Access to the lower ground floor is available via an external staircase located on the left side of the pool. This floor features the villa's first two bedrooms. There is one twin and one double bedroom with en-suite facilities, bedside tables, vanity tables, and wardrobes. The double bedroom also includes a jacuzzi bath.

Ground Floor

The ground floor features a spacious, modern living space adorned with stylish furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area. The living room is perfect for entertaining guests, furnished with an L-shaped sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a coffee table. The open-plan kitchen is excellent for hosting a large group and includes a dining table with a view of the pool and garden area. It has all the essential modern appliances like a dishwasher, kettle, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, water cooler, oven, hob, and all the necessary utensils for a self-catering holiday. You can easily access the outdoor dining area and pool terrace through the large sliding doors from the open-plan living area.

First Floor

This level houses three bedrooms. To the right, just after the stairs, is a double room with an en-suite bathroom, bedside tables, a vanity table and a wardrobe. The sliding glass doors lead out to the private balcony with a table and two chairs for enjoying the sea views. 

In the middle is another double room with an en-suite bathroom, bedside tables, vanity tables, and a wardrobe. The sliding glass doors lead out to the private balcony with a table and two chairs for enjoying the sea views.

Second Floor

The villa's final bedroom is situated on this floor under the eaves. It is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, bedside tables, vanity tables, and a wardrobe. The sliding glass doors lead out to the private terrace with two sun loungers and outdoor seating for enjoying the sea views.

Outdoors

The spacious split-level terrace boasts a large private pool with Roman steps for easy access. There is an outdoor jacuzzi with sunken seating and a children's splash pool on the lower level, accessible from the expansive green lawn. The pool terrace also offers ample sun loungers, parasols, and relaxing outdoor seating. There is also a shaded alfresco dining area with a kitchenette, a BBQ space for memorable feasts, and table tennis for entertainment situated beneath a pergola. The property also has a private garage with an automatic door.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before guests' arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled for reservations of 14 nights or longer. If you require additional cleaning, please inform us at the time of booking or during your stay to be informed about the extra cleaning fee. Cleaning fees are applied per cleaning.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £300, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. The deposit will be refunded during checkout if no damage has been caused to the property.
