Villa Lovelet 1 is one of two newly constructed neighbouring villas located in the Ortaalan area of Kalkan. Completed in May 2025, this contemporary villa accommodates up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms. 

This outstanding villa boasts substantial outdoor living areas, perfect for relaxation and basking in the Mediterranean sun. It features a private swimming pool designed for swimming. For breathtaking panoramas, head to the roof terrace, offering splendid views over Kalkan.

The property is situated approximately a 10-minute walk from Kalkan's town centre, where a variety of restaurants, bars, and shops can be found. Additionally, the Migros supermarket is located a 5-6 minute walk away for everyday needs.

Bedrooms

1. Bedroom: First Floor, A double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, vanity table, jacuzzi, bathroom and WC. The sliding doors open out onto a private balcony furnished with two chairs and a side table.

2. Bedroom: First Floor, Twin Beds, bedside tables, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC.

3. Bedroom: Second Floor, A double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC. The sliding doors open out onto a roof terrace furnished with two sun loungers and an outdoor seating area under a pergola.

Living Room

The living room has a relaxing L-shaped sofa, a coffee table, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. A washing machine, iron, and ironing board are available in the laundry room. The sliding doors provide convenient access to the pool area.

Kitchen

The kitchen, styled in an American design, features a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, oven, hob, coffee machine, and all the essential utensils for your self-catering stay. Additionally, the kitchen features a breakfast bar with 6 stools.

Terrace and Pool

The terrace covering the pool features comfortable sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating under a pergola, a swing seat, an al fresco dining table for 6, and a stone BBQ.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before your arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be arranged for reservations of 14 nights or more. Please let us know during your booking or stay to learn the additional cleaning fee if you would like extra cleaning. Cleaning fees are charged per clean. An attendant also cleans and maintains the pool and garden area daily.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £100, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. If no damage has been caused to the property, this deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay.
