Villa Lumineux

Villa Lumineux is a spacious property located in the Komurluk area of Kalkan. It has been updated and renovated to meet the highest standards in the 2024 season. 

This exquisite villa has 6 en-suite bedrooms and a jacuzzi on the top floor. The villa's unparalleled position provides breathtaking views of Kalkan Bay and the harbour, which can be enjoyed from various vantage points.

There are three well-known beach clubs nearby Zest, Denizim and Palm Beach Clubs- providing access to the sea, great dining options, and a water taxi service across the bay to Kalkan Harbour. The town centre of Kalkan is approximately a 12 to 15-minute stroll away.

Ground Floor

The villa's main living area is designed to highlight the sea views, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows that provide ample natural light. The open-plan layout includes a fully equipped modern kitchen with a central island, a dishwasher, kettle, fridge freezer, water cooler, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, oven, electric hob, and two bar stools. The dining area, located adjacent to the kitchen, can accommodate up to 10 guests, making it suitable for meals and entertaining. The lounge area is furnished with a large corner sofa, coffee table, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. A cloakroom is also available on this floor.

First Floor

There are two double bedrooms on this level with balconies and sea views.

Bedroom 1 is a double room with an en-suite shower room. The room has bedside tables, a vanity table, wardrobes, a balcony with two chairs, and a side table.

Bedroom 2 is a double room with an en-suite shower room. The room has bedside tables, a vanity table, wardrobes, a balcony with two chairs, and a side table.

Second Floor

This level features three additional bedrooms: two doubles and one twin room.

Bedroom 3 is a double room with an en-suite shower room. The room has a dressing room, bedside tables, a vanity table, wardrobes, a balcony with two chairs, and a side table.

Bedroom 4 is a double room with an en-suite shower room. The room has a dressing room, bedside tables, a vanity table, and wardrobes.

Bedroom 5 is a twin room with an en-suite shower room. The room has bedside tables, a vanity table, and wardrobes.

Bedrooms 4 and 5 share a large balcony with panoramic sea views.

Third Floor

The third floor is designated for the penthouse suite, which is spacious and well-appointed.

Bedroom 6 is a double room featuring an en-suite shower room and a jacuzzi bathtub. The room has bedside tables, a vanity table, and wardrobes.

This large room features a generous terrace equipped with a cosy table and chairs and sun loungers for relaxation while enjoying the stunning views of the bay.

Outdoors

The terrace and pool area features sun loungers, parasols, ample outdoor seating, and a stunning infinity pool. The pool has a raised extension that features a Jacuzzi plunge pool, two double sun loungers, and a parasol. There is also a shaded al-fresco dining area, a poolside shower, and a BBQ. 

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before your arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be arranged for reservations of 14 nights or more. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn the additional cleaning fee. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £300, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. If no damage has been caused to the property, this deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay.
