We're thrilled to add Margini Villa 1 to our portfolio. This exquisite property boasts a prime location just above Kalkan's picturesque harbour road, offering breathtaking sea views that will make your holiday truly unforgettable.

One of two beautifully designed mirror-image villas, Villa Margini 1 has been thoughtfully crafted to maximise its elevated position and panoramic outlook over Kalkan Bay. The villa combines contemporary architecture with stylish interiors, creating a light and airy atmosphere throughout.

Villa Margini 1 features 3 elegant bedrooms, each with its en-suite shower room, modern interiors, and light-filled spaces, making it perfect for a relaxing and memorable holiday in Kalkan.

The villa is ideally located just a 10-minute walk from Kalkan’s harbour and Old Town. There is also a choice of four beach clubs nearby – Yali, Likya Gardens, Cakil, and Indigo Beach Club, all of which are easily accessible and perfect for breakfast, lunch, or simply relaxing by the sea.

Ground Floor

The villa is entered via a side door that opens into a welcoming hallway, leading into a spacious open plan living area.

The living room is tastefully furnished with two sofas, two armchairs, and three occasional tables, arranged around a wall-mounted Smart TV. Large sliding glass doors provide direct access to the pool terrace and flood the space with natural light.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a large fridge freezer, dishwasher, built-in microwave and electric oven, gas hob with extractor fan, filter coffee machine, water cooler, toaster, and kettle. A stylish indoor dining table seats 6 guests comfortably, ideal for relaxed meals at home.

Opposite the entrance, there is a cloakroom with a WC and basin, as well as a washing machine.

The first of the villa’s three bedrooms is situated on this level, at the rear of the property. This is a twin bedroom featuring an en-suite shower room, a bedside table, and a wardrobe. Sliding doors open to the garden, which leads directly to the pool terrace, offering beautiful views of Kalkan Bay.

First Floor

Ascending to the first floor, you'll find 2 more beautifully appointed bedrooms, situated on either side of the landing.

At the front of the villa is the Master double bedroom, which features a built-in wardrobe and an en-suite shower room with a picture window fitted with integral blinds. This elegant room has sliding doors that lead onto a spacious sea-facing balcony, furnished with a sofa, two chairs, and a coffee table, an ideal spot to relax and take in the spectacular sea and mountain views over Kalkan Bay.

To the rear of the villa is the second double bedroom, which also has a modern en-suite shower room with WC and basin.

Outdoors

The villa’s outdoor spaces have been thoughtfully designed to maximise relaxation and al fresco living.

Beneath the pergola at the front of the villa, guests can relax on a comfortable L-shaped sofa with a coffee table, or enjoy meals at the dining table with 6 chairs. A portable BBQ is also provided for authentic al fresco dining experiences.

Just five steps lead down to the private infinity pool, which features built-in steps for easy entry and an integrated jacuzzi, perfect for unwinding while enjoying the sublime sea views.

The spacious sun terrace features six mesh sun loungers with side tables, two parasols for shade, and a swing chair, offering plenty of space to relax and soak up the sun. An outdoor shower is also available.

Things to Know

If you are travelling as a larger group and would like more than one property nearby, Villa Margini 1 is situated next door to Villa Margini 2, and both are conveniently close to Villa Clara and Villa Banu. The accommodation capacity can be increased to accommodate a total of 12 guests.

Please be aware that there are approximately 50 steps leading up from the road below to the pool terrace. While this elevated position contributes to the stunning views, it means this property may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues.
